The legal entity name is a corp with a long name, DBA the registered trademark.
I was thinking Brand Registry may be the issue, but I thought as some point Seller Support would have mentioned that instead of telling me to choose a different name 4x.

Honestly just trying to figure out how you proceeded and what is kicking what back.
His company is the manufacture of Grocery products, so instead of providing invoices we have to provide unaltered photos of the packaging with all the nutrition, ingredients and contact info. Since the packaging doesn't include the word Corp in the trademarked name it's being denied, and I can't seem to remove "corp" from the Display Name (formerly known as the Seller Name).
I'm going to try Brand Registry and see if that helps.

Just saw your other post… try adding something else besides a legal definition in your display name.
The category denial demanded an exact match of the display/seller name and contact name on the packaging. I even changed it to \_\_\_\_\_ Specialty Beverages as that's what it says on front of the packaging. They only seem to care about the name in the contact information section on the back of the packaging, so it didn't work either.
I just learned they did the brand registration for me and were approved April 1st. The seller account is listed as the authorized seller. So now I'm back to square-one. Clueless.

My bad I wasn’t thinking… you need to get brand registry like yesterday.

Black hat way, but how about you get packaging with stickers to display your name with corp or, maybe get an editor to edit the photo?
