Me too. I consider myself pretty lucky to have found a CIB white version for 85 at half price books. But I think I'm done buying old pokemon games. I have Red, Blue, Crystal, Diamond, ruby, alpha sapphire, and Y. That's a good enough collection for me unless I find a great deal on HG or SS. 20 bucks is an insane bargain for all those games.

Cause it's a fake SoulSilver. Real ss used a different plastic for it's cart due to the IR blaster for the pokewalker.

I don't think it's fake. If you look at the bottom left corner of the cart, you can see the purplish see-through of the IR cart.
Maybe it's just the lighting, but it should look like Pokemon black in that same picture.
I think you're right. It's the only cartridge with the CE stamp. If the original owner was in the EU, they'd all be stamped.

Easiest way to check is the serial number on the image and it has to match the one printed on back of cartridge. If they don’t match it’s fake.

SoulSilver is a PAL version. It's between 65 -110$ loose. Still a lot of money.
