I mean, you could always look for a new game. Genshin is more of a side game anyway imo, especially when you're done with quests and exploration and stuff.
I stop playing or I pick a spot at random and just go exploring. Sometimes I find things I overlooked and sometimes I find a spot and just sit there for hours enjoying the view.
Whether I have resin or not does not matter to me, I do what I always love to do: farming endlessly, working on my teapot, joining coop to farm or help, going out of bounds. I usually am too busy doing the above that I always end up procastrinating on events, exploration or quests. I personally love to be out of things to do because the things I enjoy doing most are unrelated to quests or resin.
There are a handful of spots I really like just sitting at and taking in the atmosphere.
Sometimes I'll do an artifact route or plan out how I'll use my pulls.
Sometimes I try to further optimize my artifacts.
Sometimes I renovate my teapot.
Sometimes I go into co-op to help people or mess around or do the domains for fun.
Usually though, I log off and do something else.
I play other games. I currently play 3 other gacha games and i play each of them including genshin around 15-30 mins each only unless there's a new update or I pulled for a new character I wanna build.
Farm materials (drops, wood, rocks, plants; whatever I need atm or may need in the future). Run around with compasses and peeled eyes to find the remaining 100 chests. Find Co-Op people who need help. Rebuild the teapot for the umpteenth time.
Catch up on exploration, farm for any materials I need. Work on achievements. Play a different game if I’m really out of stuff to do. But thankfully I am very rarely out of stuff to do.
I’ve been working on my Serenitea pot, farming some blueprints I didn’t have (there’s one in Sumeru that’s a random drop from a bubble, took me almost a week to get), farming wood and ore to get a nice teapot going.
I’ve also started working on getting all my characters to 70+. I don’t really feel like farming artifacts right now, having gotten some really good sets on my abyss teams, so I’m farming world bosses for this, as well as local specialties I am short on.
Close your PC/drop the phone and go outside of your room for once.
Or you could just spend time reading all the lore. That in itself is an underrated but fun in-game activity.
Walk around Sumeru semi-aimlessly, killing everything I see and beelining for any sumpter beasts or crocodiles. But usually log and play something else.
The repeatable waves of Vishaps at Caesareum Palace in the Sea of Bygone Eras is also pretty good for this.
It also keeps track of your highest kill score.
To be more specific, i don't play other games and genshin is the only game i have to play, and currently im out of resins, quest and 100% most regions, i don't know what to do
You can't "main" genshin and expect to have always something to do.. this game won't let you due to the resin cap and many other caps.. it is what it is..
One thing i do is re explore certain parts (the 100% is false, it's meant to help you not get OCD, there are still some things to grab and complete), farm for enemy materials of whichever i'm low and restock on certain materials that will be useful in the future.
Resonate with dendro.

This (the random re-exploring part).

Trying to catch crystalflies for my teapot decoration

Run Ley Lines but don't spend Resin partially for the Weekly, but moreso for Lyney to make things disappear
go to work and have a job. mayhaps some housework or a hobby.
If all events and dailies are also complete then play another game, my list is long rn.

Go outside and take a walk. (or play another game)

Walk around Sumeru semi-aimlessly, killing everything I see and beelining for any sumpter beasts or crocodiles. But usually log and play something else.
farm elites for 15 mins, and then play something else.
Play something else or troll other players because why not
Beat Masanori over and over. Shittiest training dummy in the history of video games
The repeatable waves of Vishaps at Caesareum Palace in the Sea of Bygone Eras is also pretty good for this. It also keeps track of your highest kill score.
Those were a nice addition
To be more specific, i don't play other games and genshin is the only game i have to play, and currently im out of resins, quest and 100% most regions, i don't know what to do
Start playing hsr then and r1999
Why don't you play other games? Just get one. If money is an issue, there are many that are free, even.
