little do we know she was the one who caused most of the casualties to the navy can't be dishonorably discharged if your entire branch of the military is gone
Elynas was the one that wrecked the navy though, unless she's somehow a reincarnation of Elynas, or three melusines in a suit or something.
The disaster she's talking about happened in her lifetime though, so it can't be Elynas.
I think she worked for French LockMart, not the navy proper.
