Thinking about this, people which their fave are coming super late game like tsaritsa or dainsleif will have their patience rewarded with the most breathtaking mind blowing kit animation mihoyo could ever create, if they keep their quality glow up to improve even more. Well we can only wish 70% of it is not never seeing the light of day in practical use.

I don't what team I would play her or even if I would play her at all (I have Zhongli), but I do find her adorable.
I use her with Nilou, and Collei and Barbara and run over enemies while in box form. It makes a pretty good amount of bountiful cores and it’s clowny as hell

On the bright side you now have access to true immortality with the C6 Jean/XQ/Beidou combo. As long as all of their bursts are active you will take 0 damage, probably.
Started from day 1, still have no diluc
I have c4 mona, c4 jean, c1 qiqi, c1 keqing, and even a tighnari, but have not pulled diluc in almost 4 years

I just got Dehya'd on Alhaitham's banner (Still got him after spending 90% of my primos) so now the only standard character i haven't gotten at this point is Mona and i have wanted her ever since Ganyu's first rerun and i have been playing since Xiao's first banner. I feel your pain.

Looking at a video of them actually walking with the effects active, am I the only one whose eyes are bothered by it? I think it’s because how the effects are like appearing and disappearing in the middle of the screen when their back is facing us instead of having the effects appear near the feet where it’s less in your face.
It seems people are bothered by it for different reasons. Some think its too subtle and others find it too in your face. I do think it would be cuter/cooler if the effect was coming from the ground, imagine the little ghosts rising up from the place qiqi is walking, or a small path of fire for diluc.

And also probably limit it to only when sprinting. Bursts of flashy particles will always look better than a constant stream of mute ones.
Absolutely, being on the ground would have them not obstruct the back, which is what we see most of the time, and it would stop looking like fart due to the location of it.
I'm almost certain that this is just a crude interpretation of what the effect is supposed to look like and just the guys from private server goofing around
I still want to know if tap dash ruins the effect. I could also see myself doing whatever I can to unlock these and then getting annoyed with some of them within 2 days then turning them off.
Honestly the brighter ones (Jean and Kirara) just feel like they'll be cool for a day and then annoying after that. I like the other 3 that are more subtle though.
Someone needs to show if the running effects work only with walking or with all dimensions of movement. We have to see if Diluc's feathers will show up while he's plunging!

I see them sort of like the light cones in SU from HSR, if you don't unlock them now if next rotation adds more it will just take you longer to unlock them

And thinking about that made me realize we’re probably not seeing traveler ones anytime soon. As someone who has them as an overworld staple that’s sad since it would be fun to run around with the effect on there.
