I always played sports where I wore compression shorts / shirts under my pads / pants etc. it feels so weird to me to just wear compression anything without something on top of it 😭

What do you do for chest?
I don’t really train chest much. Mostly just push-ups, dips, and chest flys.

Yeah I usually wear a sweatshirt over it but I always take it off because it gets hot
