She really is (still) adorable!
It should look less "poofy" in no time! Kind of like after you brush your pup, it'll look floofy for a little while and then settle down - or, at least, my doods does rather quickly!
Awe they did a really good job keeping her puppy coat! I feel you because I’m the same way with mine and his hair, but they really did a great job! Be sure to brush daily because when they start to blow that coat between 8-14 months is when serious matting can occur. Chris Christensen slicker brush is all of our best friend 🤣
She is the cutest thing ever! I can understand that such a drastically different and unexpected haircut would be stressful... did your groomer even ask you what look you like? She looks different yes but so damned cute.
Your baby can see now😭 Even when my pups hair is long I always cut around her eyes (carefully with the scissors that are rounded away so they are poke-proof)
It will grow back so fast. I bet Rayla feels so much cooler. We had to give our Ripley a summer cut, she was getting so hot, she couldn't go outside for more than a couple of minutes;)
I cried after my baby got his first haircut 🥲 they just look so different!
Now I can’t stand it when he looks all messy lol I prefer his coat to be short and clean. Especially with this heat!!!
She’s gonna feel a lot better. I shave mine even shorter (as short as they can go that keeps a little bit of fluff) because they get so hot in the summer, even in Michigan!
She looks very cute, she can see & will be less hot! In a week she will look more like a teddy bear! Our
Goldendoodle gets shorter hair, its not the cutest but he’s way comfortable so we do it for the comfort 🩵
She looks great. She'll be much more comfortable for the next couple months, and it'll grow back before you know it.
I agree they did a fantastic job with this squirrelly kid! First time dood owner, takes getting used to!
You’ll start looking forward to having a new dog every 6/8 weeks.
That’s what my dad says. Although we do it every 3 months.
At least now she can use her eyes and you can see them! 😀
Yes, the poof will settle down lol she looks great!!
I must admit the ratty look matches my dood’s personality - she just got a haircut yesterday and looks like she’s wearing a fine soft carpet. 🤣😂
Hahaha I said the same! From wookie rascal to imitation princess.
Dude, she can see and look at the SMILE!!! She is elated to be cooler and able to see you.
Sad?? She looks great

oh but sooooo cute!!!!
So cute. Don't fret, she'll be shaggy again in no time
It grows back quick! I love the winter months because we can keep the shaggy look but short is honestly easier because it doesn't get matts.

They did but I'm not good at visualizing lol.

Even she seems to be.
☺️❤️
So cute! 😊
Looks great and she can see now!

It will grow back. Next time leave just have a walrus hair around the nose and mouth. That’s so cute on doodles
Like any fab blow out - in about 12 hours you will be wondering what happened. Beautiful baby!!!
Aw she looks great!
Sooo cute lol this reminds me of that dog that looks like Will Ferrell 🤣 adorable
What a cutie. Does you Rayla have golden green eyes? Our Molly has the green eyes.
Yes!
You may be sad but I would 100% think Rayla is thrilled!
She looks so much better.
I do it myself for that exact reason. Im not great at it, but he stays super cute and never gets matted.

My sensors indicate that this is in fact, a cutie pie. She looks great! Poof will settle in a week or the first time it rains.
Adorable! Great grooming on your pup!!!

Pretty eyes!!!
Oh don't be sad. I know I was the first time too, but all that fur in summer can't be fun.
And trust me, you will grow to love their spa days. It will help with the daily brushing, and it will grow back fast.

Noooo. I have been holding off cause I love the puppy stage so much
I wouldn't be, the groomer done her right.
Her eyes! 😍
Looks amazing! They did a great job getting the mats out. Definitely comb her to the skin for the time being
Bath her and towel dry her. Fur will be less poofy then :)
She has very beautiful eyes. The floof will depuff in a few days lol.
I cried the first time I saw my dood with a hair cut. It’s ok- it will grow back.
I liked her shaggy better lol mine too
Omg don't ever cut her again don't listen to people say she'll be happier no she absolutely won't 😭💔lol
