My solution and how I import a lot of PDF’s - open pdf to print, in the print preview on the left side 2 finger enlarge then use action square with arrow (sorry don’t know its official name) to export into GN. It has worked very well for docs/pdf’s that are not playing nice. Hope that helps!

How are you importing?
I figured out my issue—just needed an update to my iPad.
