Can you confirm if that's true for PC/Steam users? Most of the time they require huge amounts of cash and a couple gem items. Even buddies are bought with cash ($500 a piece).
Im really not sure what you mean by leave out Steam players in the description. They get the same update at the same time and I have always included “Steam devices” as a participating platform. Please explain what you mean and I cannbetter help you out.
Oh sorry for that confusion. Steam devices mean ALL devices that allow the Steam platform to be run whether it be the Steam deck, Windows or Mac. The specs dont seem as necessary for PC devices since any PC device should be able to run the game with the Steam client.
As for the event, every event is run by your local timezone. This means regardless of mobile or Steam, the event will be available at 12 AM in your specific timezone. Hope this helps.

Nah man this game keeps blessing us with new updates like the earth day one but it’s a curse for us that don’t have like 200-300 diamonds saved up like the pros, PLEASE game give us some time to recover just a month or two to get more diamonds for the poor ones like me 😭😭😭 I know damn well I ain’t gonna be able to get the whole crystal set within that amount of time
