Why can't we just have sleeves separated? They are literally going the Puma route with the sleeves going into the shape of the shirt, it's atrocious omg
It's probably a template thing. Nike has that inverted U shape thing going on at the front for all their jerseys too. Miss the days when teams get unique kits from brands.
Or at least use templates that are able to have variation, like last season's home with the collar. Ours and Man U's are basically the same template but the way the kits were designed there was enough difference between them to not look like copy paste templates
They care about profit margins and you don’t just design a kit anymore - you need to anticipate sales and to generate anticipated numbers for that to present to leadership you need to do a customer acceptance survey and doing one of those for every club would cost insane money - so - they do customer acceptance testing on a template and then adjust within a margin for each club contract.
Tbh they don't have to do it for every single team they work with, just the top ones which are probably like 1 or 2 max per top 5 league country for each brand
They don’t have to do it at all - they’re trying to maximise margins and sell the most shirts.
They have three arsenal kits a year excluding the designer ones. They’re not trying to sell everyone three shirts - chances are you fit into a demographic that likes at least one of the shirts. Look at the kits for this season - they’re all clearly targeting very different types of people - that’s not by accident.
it's the fact we have to have new kits every season, each year you got to do something different and they slowly get worse and worse until they become horrible
they could've just stuck to the template of updating old, beloved shirt designs (bruised banana, the blue banana a couple years later) ... or introduced new colors we haven't really seen before (both the black and pink last year) ... it's really not that hard.
It was so popular that it was copied by the toddler animated show “Cocomelon”. [Here’s Nico](https://images.app.goo.gl/BjzUrmE8KdSrnbKH8)
I also enjoy that dark shade of blue. I don’t enjoy this new one.
I think this might be real just cause of the blue. Adidas have that weird design down the side on their football training clothes this year. Not a fan tbh.
Yeah, it pops a little too much. If it a dark royal blue it’s would be more subdued. Also, switch the rings on the socks back to red and it’d be a decent kit.
As much as I don't think I'm a fan of this one...
To some of you, you do realise we have blue in the badge right? And have had fully blue kits and red kits with blue accents in the past...
We blue ourselves? But seriously, I just hope the quality is better than this year's home kit. The 3rd kit is comfortable and quality, but my home one feels like it's made of stiff tissue paper
the seam on the neck of my home kit began to come undone after wearing it a couple of times. Not the only thing I've got from Arsenal direct that has had faulty manufacturing this year, although they're not all adidas products
I think it's better to have a new home kit every two years, you can do anything with the away and third kits. I think it would give them time to come up with something decent.

Blue isn’t uncommon in our home kits I just don’t like the design
I seem to be in the clear minority here, but I actually like the blue and the design of it. Its a clear nod to our club shield. Don't love the shoulders, though
Football kits are the cheapest, quickest and worst designed products in the world. No point spending money designing a nice kit when people will buy it regardless
Going a bit Euro '04 Czech Republic.

I think it’s fine.
I’m guessing but it looks like Piccadilly Line blue and the side panel is train tracks. There’s bound to be an anniversary around the tube station or something.
This would keep with the theme of the yellow kit which was a topographic map of Islington.
Adidas have been very keen to either tie kit designs to historical kit designs (green 3rd, bruised banana, lightning bolts) or expanding our visual identity by incorporating aspects of our rich history & identity(marble, art deco, Afro-Caribbean heritage…)

Found the inspiration for this kit…
Reminds me of some of the old Nike kits from I think the late 90's/early 2000's, when we were winning leagues and doubles.
If legit, quite like the kit and I like the omen.
I don't believe it is real, it is a recolour of the mock up currently on Footy Headlines, and I think this is a computer render - look at the Tomiyasu nameset at the back
Blue? Red blue white??? Mbappe confirmed LFG COYG
Instructions unclear, the gang signs Pulisic
Matt Turner is coming home?!
At the rate we’re hitting on failed Chelsea projects, wouldn’t be the worst signing
Pulisic is prolific rn.
Then De Jong is coming
Havertz, Jorginho, Rice... Even Eddie to ane extent. I'm convinced being sold by Chelsea just means you are their only competent player.
Wouldn’t be upset about that honestly, he’s killing it in serie a
Tribute to Kroenke on Arsenal winning the UCL.
damn adidas. you either die a hero or live long enough to become a puma.
Why can't we just have sleeves separated? They are literally going the Puma route with the sleeves going into the shape of the shirt, it's atrocious omg

Inverted U, wish there was another letter that described that perfectly...
You are so right about this. I miss the separated sleeves look I want another kit with 2011-12 type simplicity.
Yes. The 125 Anniversary one, my all time favorite. Classic and clean.
it's the fact we have to have new kits every season, each year you got to do something different and they slowly get worse and worse until they become horrible
they could've just stuck to the template of updating old, beloved shirt designs (bruised banana, the blue banana a couple years later) ... or introduced new colors we haven't really seen before (both the black and pink last year) ... it's really not that hard.
Lol
I just do not like blue in our home kit. Red, white, occasional gold as needed.
Switch the blue with gold and this looks great
It looks gold to me. Wait, is it blue or gold?
Oh no, not this again
It’s gold until it’s blue
Someone photoshop this I am curious to see the blue as gold. But yeah as is I am pretty disappointed if this is real.
11-12 was quite good with the blue sleeve hoops imo
That was 2012-14 I believe
It was so popular that it was copied by the toddler animated show “Cocomelon”. [Here’s Nico](https://images.app.goo.gl/BjzUrmE8KdSrnbKH8) I also enjoy that dark shade of blue. I don’t enjoy this new one.
Yeah I loved that Nike kit. First one I owned. I’d be down for that shade of blue, but this one is too Chelsea for my liking.
My old man used to say “they won’t be The Arsenal til they bring the blue and white socks back”.
Can even have the smallest bit of blue like the 19/20 home kit did, but the perfect amount of blue is how much last seasons home kit had
Only the Adidas trefoil stripes were blue and that was tastefully executed unlike this piece of visual diarrhoea.
Blue is fine when used for piping and cuff detail ala the late 80s stripes or the JVC home with the side piping. This is too big and too bright.
Blue is an Arsenal colour. I love the blue and red combo .
Don't like the blue at all
I think this might be real just cause of the blue. Adidas have that weird design down the side on their football training clothes this year. Not a fan tbh.
It reminds me of 2000s World Cup kits but don’t like it here
Reminds me of the 2006 WC ball design.
Look at Germany's kit for the Euros this summer...
Yeah I know it’s the 2024 addidas template
To quote Gollum, "WE HATES IT!"
Me neither
Yeah, it pops a little too much. If it a dark royal blue it’s would be more subdued. Also, switch the rings on the socks back to red and it’d be a decent kit.
Agree, the blue from the 21/22 kit would look a lot better. Hope it’s a few shades darker.
Hate it
Fucking looks like the designer added that at 3am before closing photoshop and shipping it at 9.
It’s a nod to Chelsea for selling you guys Havertz
And Jorginho.
Yep..I don't like the blue
I love it haha, I love the divide in kit conversations, I’ve hated all 3 this year
Same I like it. Not a fan of the shoulder area. But I think it’s a solid kit overall
We had blue back in the JVC and Dreamcast days.
Still beats just about every home Puma kit we had
Personally I think they made a mistake when they changed the club badge to include blue. Should just be red, white and gold
The badge needs a change. It’s neither modern or classic and the typeface is awful. I think a redesign is needed. Just focus on the cannon.
agreed
I actually quite like the blue, it's sort of interesting, i judt really don't like the shape and texture of that side bit
The home kit should be the easiest to nail.
The fuck is that chelsea fugly blue doing there. Piss off Adidas
Blue is in the logo so I support adidas’s decision. Although gold is in the logo too so that could’ve been a better choice
Royal/Navy blue has been used on Arsenal kits for over a century lol, it's always been a common accent colour...
Don’t like it Addidas don’t do this to us 😤
They will and we'll have no choice but to like it once the games start being played and we reel off some wins 😭
I mean the away kit has really grown on me...
It's still fuck ugly, but it's our fuck ugly kit.
The radioactive zebra is infinitely better than this dogshit.
Awful. What are we Chelsea
Lets hope it will be More like the dark blue nike used in the 2014 kit
Surely not...
Fake. Clearly fake. Any sane arsenal fan just have to check the sleeve. I don't see the 23/24 PL champions crest.
Nobody talking about what the back looks like on that Tomiyasu kit, what’s with all that white
As much as I don't think I'm a fan of this one... To some of you, you do realise we have blue in the badge right? And have had fully blue kits and red kits with blue accents in the past...
We had one 2 seasons ago lol
Exactly! And I loved that top, up there in top home kits for me
Maybe the blue is a nod to how we keep taking Chelsea players and making them good?
Hopefully leaked in time to complete scrap it and start over. Holy fuck that’s awful
We blue ourselves? But seriously, I just hope the quality is better than this year's home kit. The 3rd kit is comfortable and quality, but my home one feels like it's made of stiff tissue paper
![gif](giphy|AVD4STcQQhkZO|downsized)
Oh Edu, you blowhard!
Yeah I’ve got enough stiff tissue paper after watching the last few matches
Yeah and socks. My cupboards stink
the seam on the neck of my home kit began to come undone after wearing it a couple of times. Not the only thing I've got from Arsenal direct that has had faulty manufacturing this year, although they're not all adidas products
Step 1: disgust We’ll revisit this when the players wear it 🤣
The sleeves, the blue, the puma-ness all bad, but the back of the shirt is the worst of all.
Red white blue? Mbappe agenda isn't dead yet
Did Adidas outsource to Puma? ![gif](giphy|4baoNZ5Qo8dX2)
First bad home kit from Adidas if this is how it actually looks.
20/21 was prettt average
Yeah it was average but not straight up bad imo.
Hope it’s fake
Look at the back of it on the wall too, not a fan. The back looks ugly
Iconic Arsenal shirts have had threads of blue but it’s been deep navy. This barely dark royal blue is fucking horrible.
Garbage
It's like they took everything I disliked about the 23-24 kit, combined it with the 21-22 kit, and added a few lines to make it worse.
I think it's better to have a new home kit every two years, you can do anything with the away and third kits. I think it would give them time to come up with something decent.
Damn that’s awful
Hideous
It seems to regress every year
Not accurate there’s no gold badge.
The blue just doesn’t work. Even ignoring the fact that it isn’t Arsenal home, it just looks poorly done and out of place.
https://preview.redd.it/sjcxcw5cdxmc1.jpeg?width=915&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4ae0be8e10dfd1380f04c6e4dbb5e731bed91abf Blue isn’t uncommon in our home kits I just don’t like the design
It’s as if everyone has already forgotten that the Adidas shoulder stripes were blue literally just last season.
Season before last
Last season our kit had no blue it was just red and white
Yea you’re right, it’s the 2021/22 kit. Had my years mixed up
I seem to be in the clear minority here, but I actually like the blue and the design of it. Its a clear nod to our club shield. Don't love the shoulders, though
I like it 🤷🏻
Rare miss
Fake
Our Adidas kits seem to be slowly starting to fall off, started with this season's kits and looks like it will continue
Shit’s getting more ridiculous every year
Great, I’ll save money next season.
Football kits are the cheapest, quickest and worst designed products in the world. No point spending money designing a nice kit when people will buy it regardless
Adidas man this ain’t it
Going a bit Euro '04 Czech Republic. https://preview.redd.it/ijiogltmhxmc1.png?width=1500&format=png&auto=webp&s=956e5ddfc9050ca8e4b0b4fc9c989107eb57a915
They better have the best away kit of all time lined up because what the fuck is this
Everyone always hates the kit leaks at first, it’s so fucking funny
Nope.
I don’t hate it- Is it better than the current home? No, will I buy it? Also no I swear if the away is worse than this years, I’m removing my eyes
That's really nice, just a shame someone spilled blue ink on it.
There is no way this is real lmao
Hell nah
Boring and uncreative Edit: I had those same socks in 2009…. Pulling from the archive
Omg this is horrible
Colgate FC
So grim...
Sponsored by British Airways.
I think the blue colour is here to symbolize Arsenal being the current Champions League winners.
Too white, needs red socks at the very least.
Volleyball ahh kit
Will look fine on the players - but wouldn’t add to collection
The worst part of this is the red not fully covering the back of the shirt. It looks like trying to clean up a wine stain with a napkin
this looks like some AI generated design, hope that this is the last time i see this creation
Sigh. What is their obsession with having the white go past the shoulders.
Gross no blue. Back to the drawing board, lads.
Looks like Nike shit. Not for me
bring the collar back
That shit is ass, do it again
I think it’s fine. I’m guessing but it looks like Piccadilly Line blue and the side panel is train tracks. There’s bound to be an anniversary around the tube station or something. This would keep with the theme of the yellow kit which was a topographic map of Islington. Adidas have been very keen to either tie kit designs to historical kit designs (green 3rd, bruised banana, lightning bolts) or expanding our visual identity by incorporating aspects of our rich history & identity(marble, art deco, Afro-Caribbean heritage…)
Looks like a worse version of the current kit.
the fuck?
Not the right logo (the gunner is the right one) and the side looks weird on this picture but the general idea of the kit is right.
That is really plain and boring, other than the bit of blue. Adidas needs some imagination.
Really bad. Wtf is going on with our designs lately
https://preview.redd.it/bvotqx7afzmc1.jpeg?width=612&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1cc3a25b6fea1f4c526a5f73ebc51b7cad8226b2 Found the inspiration for this kit…
Royal blue?? Navy maybe, but that’s foookin Chelsea blue
I'm confused don't Premier league champions normally have a gold patch on the sleeves
I know I’m late but it’s been confirmed this is only a concept. No info on the design other than the colors and template have been made public
It’ll grow on you when we win our second consecutive Premier and Champions league titles
Yes bring back some blue and a normal type of yellow for the away kit please 🙏🏾
Yikes....please no with the Chelsea blue underwear skid mark styling
Why this blue? Looks trash
How hard is it to keep the shoulders red? Last years home kit was the best in decades because they kept it clean
if you look up Arsenal logo, you would see two blue stripes along side the logo as well
Feels like a Puma kit.
Reminds me of some of the old Nike kits from I think the late 90's/early 2000's, when we were winning leagues and doubles. If legit, quite like the kit and I like the omen.
I was having a perfectly good day up until now. EDIT: the more I look at this the less I believe its real
![gif](giphy|9xEjFxSoNNlK0|downsized)
Why are we adding blue? Seems stupid.
I feel like this is a nod to the 1992 JVC kit that had blue in it. Not a fan though
Would be better without the blue
When we gonna get those fire Nike kits back?
Worst home kit I’ve ever seen cause of the blue
Fuck no
When we gonna go lone cannon instead of full logo? Looks so nice
[удалено]
![gif](giphy|JTJw8qlMYUhnwAfRWv|downsized)
Should have just kept the 19/20 home kit for the whole adidas contract
i just want a yellow road jersey is that too much to ask?
I’m hoping it’s just a guess based on next season’s adidas template and the leaked colours
The away kit must balance this out
Oh no, it's time to buy a shirt before it gets worse!
i dont like the blue at all but im pretty sure i will like it once our players start wearing it😂
This looks horrendous. Reminds me of toothpaste for some reason.
What in the Olympique Lyonnais
[удалено]
Looks horrendous
I saw this seasons kit in an adidas store yesterday for the first time in person. Now that I see this one I want to go back and buy it.
Ain't no way we are lifting the premier league trophy in this kit on last matchday
looks like dogshit!
I don't believe it is real, it is a recolour of the mock up currently on Footy Headlines, and I think this is a computer render - look at the Tomiyasu nameset at the back
Reminds me of 21/22
I love it. Blue and white socks are back
please no
Wow this is really ugly. Adidas mailing it in with the template.
I really hope this is a fake
I’ve found out it’s fake but the real one will have blue and likely same template
Why can’t we just have this year’s kits every year? It’s gorgeous!
Don’t mind the blue, but would rather it on the end on the sleeve, and no white on the body.
That is heinous
Nope.
The blue on the socks is abhorrent
Red, white, and blue? The Kronkes must be trying to capture more of an American audience
