They just call them attachment holes. I think some of the other Haropla use the ones on the arm doors to attach cat ears and stuff. I don't think there's any teeth or mouth related attachments yet, so it's likely just some future proofing for when there is

It's the Hawaiian theme comes with haro, big bear and little bear. My local store gunzo has a few in stock it's around 30 bucks.
