Or maybe call it Kshananju (Kshatriya + Sinanju)? Used three different tones of green, one of which was Tourmaline Green to resemble the green finish of Kshatriya as accurately as possible. Initially thought of going for a poison ivy concept with lots of green accentuated by various red highlights, but I ended up scraping much of the red highlights. You do see bits of red highlights here and there but not as much. Wanted to give off the vibe of "Don't Touch Me!" Kinda fitting given that this kit is a hand grenade. No official Sinanju kit was used. Instead, this is Takumi Studio conversion kit combined with Tiechuang metal frame, so this kit is heavy. This also explains why this kit does not have a gun because neither Takumi Studio conversion no the Tiechuang metal frame provides parts for a gun. Some metal parts in the waist area. Took about a week and a half to build. Thanks for looking!
Primary Green (the lightest among three) - Mr. Color Metallic Yellow Green over a gloss black surface.
Secondary Green (the darker green than the primary) - Mr. Color Metallic Green over a gloss black surface.
Third Green (mimicking Kshatriya green, slightly lighter than the secondary green) - Secondary Green + (on top) Mr. Crystal Color XC-06 Tourmaline Green.
The photos don't accurately capture the distinction between the secondary green and third green. But the third green are those pieces that are on the "highest points of the kit." For instance, the center portion of the knee cap (photo #6), the mid-high portion of the shoulder armor (photos #3 and 8), and the highest armor pieces or top flaps of the rear boosters (photo #1).
Oh ok, damn. I was really hoping you had a good paint suggestion for this lol. I'm planning a Testament Gundam build, with the Amatsu Mina paint scheme. So gold inner frame.
I'm actually working on MGEX Strike Freedom now. So, Testament Gundam in Amatsu Mina scheme, meaning replacing the reds with white and a gold inner frame. Nice! For a gold effect like you see in the photos, you'd need something like a "chrome gold" that gives the unique sheen. Maybe something like this:

Thanks! It was the number of pieces that drove the work hours. That and, like you said, the number of steps involved for each pieces. Takumi Studio conversion adds more outer armor pieces than the standard Sinanju kit, so that also contributed to a longer hours. Overall, fun experience.

What were the other green colors you used??? I'm looking to basically do this same thing with the HG Kshatriya, but likely without the candy finish.

Finish is immaculate.

I also really wnat to know this.
The gold parts were untouched. They were like that from the kit.

Red with black, but yeah shiny gold inner. Thanks for this, definitely will order some.
Really nice paint job my dude.
Thanks!
These colours are insane! It look really good
Some rose bits would look really cool with this
It does resemble the look of a flower.
this is giving me Green Power Ranger Dragonzord vibes
I've heard of "going green," but this just goes above and beyond! ;)
Nobody gets in to see the Wizard! Not no way, not no how!

Very nice Also it looks like the Fierce Deity from Majora's Mask All it needs is a Double Helix Greatsword
Suit shining brighter than my future 😬
The Azure Knight
I love this! The greens really pop with the gold!
Beautiful work. I can only imagine how long/how many steps it took to achieve this finish

This is peak🔥
Wait, I thought the MG sinanju didn't have color separated gold filigree?
I didn't use MG Sinanju as a base.
What did you use?
No official Sinanju kit was used. Instead, this is Takumi Studio conversion kit combined with Tiechuang metal frame,
Why is the gold part separated? Is this a 3rd party add on or something
OH GREAT HEAVENS THAT IS MWAH
