Honestly been doing shoulders, biceps and legs at least 2x a week

I do a lot of lateral raises, shoulder press and shrugs!
Your also gonna new the sauce if you want similar results, spamming lateral raises won’t cut it
i can certainly see a difference but given the right picture has 10x better lighting, cant really tell if its gains or just the lighting, either way looking great
I can tell the difference in my shirts and shorts haha

I have my ups and downs to be honest as I have a demanding job so my diet isn’t pristine lol.
