I've got the same model as you do (Omen 16 with Ryzen 7 5800h and RX6600M) and i always use my device on performance mode and turbo boost disabled so the cpu clock speed is capped at 3.2Ghz at all times. On idle, (ambient temperature is 31°C) with fans set to slowest speed (1500 rpm) cpu runs around at 45°C and same goes for the gpu. When gaming however with full speed fans (5500 rpm) cpu sits around at 80°C drawing 125-130 Watts of power and gpu maxxes out at 82°C drawing 106 Watts without throttling. If you have any questions, you can ask.

45°C is equivalent to 113°F, which is 318K. --- ^(I'm a bot that converts temperature between two units humans can understand, then convert it to Kelvin for bots and physicists to understand)

Mine is 2020 15-dh1053nr (i7 10th, nvidia 2070, 32G, 2x1T, 15" 144Hz). In my typical usage, even at nominal idle, I see 70°C CPU, 54°C GPU, but my "idle" looks busy compared to most. During heavy usage (simulation runs or big software builds), I see 95°C CPU and/or 75°C GPU. The CPU may be auto-throttling to stay below 100°C. I have never seen the GPU get anywhere near its auto-throttle of 93°C (per nvidia-settings), even when running mining software. I'm not a gamer. I run Linux and do engineering simulation and network research.
