In canada, they wont, but try for everything else. Mats, paint pencil, free oil changes, more for your tradein if applicable, trunk basket, etc. Then when it comes for the extended warranty if youre interested, restart the process. They might not wanna give you a discount but theyll throw stuff in.

Get those mats! They will throw in the weatherproof mats for free if you ask! Also, ask for oil changes for at least a year. They’ll provide them and have no problem giving them if asked.

Been to 2 Hondas in nj. Looking to lease for an exl. Best deal so far was 450 monthly with 2k down. Was hoping to get under 400 monthly but they won’t even entertain it.

Looked into it at least in my general area MSRP is about a low as they will go. Went to one dealership and they said it’s Honda if you don’t buy it for their price someone will tomorrow. When I got mine about two weeks ago my HRV was at the dealership for less than a day. ( yes I got it slightly below MSRP cause they sold the test drive car from under me.).

You won’t get Honda and Toyota below MSRP. If you get MSRP feel yourself lucky. Both Honda and Toyota comes with 2 years complimentary services in USA which includes Oil change, tire rotation, inspection this is the plus point with both.

Toyota offered MSRP -1000 for Corolla cross

BEACHN2000

I leased a 2024 HRV LX back in December 2023 from Keys Honda. The price was around 26K. But when I got to the finance manager they said the KARR Alarm, upholstery protection and vehicle tracking code etc were not optional even though on the paperwork it says that all these are optional. She said all of their cars had these on them and can't be removed. So I had to pay $3,600 ($1,200 each) on the 2 year lease that I got. So I had to accept these charges or walk out. They already ran my credit report twice and I needed the car so I just signed the lease. But I was really un happy that it says optional but the Keys dealership made them mandatory. Has anyone else dealt with a dealership like this? Is it legal to say it's Mandatory even though it says optional on the paperwork?
