I feel for you. Glad that you are safe. I had a [2018 HR-V](https://www.flickr.com/photos/schuminweb/51927033536) that was totaled in an accident when the other driver ran a red light and t-boned me. I ended up replacing it with [a new 2023 HR-V](https://www.flickr.com/photos/schuminweb/53749599072), since I liked the HR-V. Think that you will stay in the HR-V family after this?

Who's fault?

The other driver. He was distracted and did not see me coming at a stop sign. I had the right of way. I unsuccessfully tried to avoid him but I ended up slamming to the back side of his truck.
