Corey was already a “kid killer”, he couldn’t touch the bullies, heck that’s how band kids could be bullies.
Freddy on the other hand coulda busta’d out some kung fu, and worst case scenario mighta dealt with a civil suit.
Absolute legend. The dude literally kicking Michael Myers out of a window while dropping iconic lines like "Trick or treat, motherfucker!" 🥋 It's so bonkers, but that's what makes it incredible. Sure, the movie has its flaws (okay, a lot of flaws 😅), but the sheer entertainment value and love for the franchise shine through.
Love for the franchise? This movie is an affront to the franchise, and everything it had ever been about. Having that man in a Halloween movie is the ultimate gesture of disrespect.
Yes....you get the feeling that Busta has emerged from purgatory a changed man...he probably wound up like Thoreau, retiring to a little quaint cabin in the woods, and eschewing the cameras for all time...living a life of quiet contemplation...I believe he'll be alright...I HAVE to believe that...
He is?
He managed to either not suffer burns in H2, or he regenerated fully after suffering them.
And Laurie says he was never found at the hospital.
H20 ignores Thorn, so it wasn't a rescue operation. That means the dude walked away from the scene.
Thorn Myers went into a coma.
Endurance isn't necessarily the same as strength though. Look at the amount of times Michael gets absolutely clowned by Laurie and co. across H20 and Resurrection. Laurie can put him down with just a vase.
Yeah but he was still easily lifting people up with one arm and all that typical Myers BS. And he cut that girl's head off in Resurrection with a standard knife
I always believed Busya Rhymes agreed to do the movie, waited until he got on set to read the script, saw his character was going to die, threatened to walk unless he got to rewrite his character as an ass kicking kung fu expert that makes Michael look like a bitch, and the movie was already over schedule so the director had no options other than saying yes or get fired.
There’s no other explanation that makes sense.
I don't think Rosenthal minded handing the film to Busta. When you consider how different this was from his previous Halloween movie....and that people rarely spend 20 years honing their craft and wind up GETTING WORSE...I doubt the presence of Busta was any kind of fluke. Rosenthal knew what he was doing...
His presence in a Halloween movie remains the single biggest affront to the franchise. This man is not an actor. He's not even close. I sometimes suspect this was Rosenthal's revenge on the series for what went on with his earlier film.
Well… it’s not. Canonically anymore. Pretty sure they wiped H20 and this sequel from the canon. It technically goes from 2 to the most recent trilogy. I think
The only one who shooed him away
I ain’t payin’ you to be Michael Myers! I’M playin’ Michael Myers!
“You need to get the hell out of here! Get on! Scoot! Skedaddle! Get the fuck out of Dodge!“
And he actually walks away lmaoooo
I love how michael is kind of confused but LEAVES! Like he told himself to go so why wouldn't he? LMFAO that scene is classic.
I’m sure if Grizzly Joe had more room in the bathroom stall he would’ve been able to do a gnarly karate kick as well
![gif](giphy|yv35mzfxorSCI) Not him as Joe Grizzly, but still a legend 😂
I can't think of him without hearing him yell "Kel"
Any of the characters in Halloween III could make Michael completely disappear simply by turning their TV off.
Season of the Witch's characters are SS+ tier for that reason
![gif](giphy|h1SywOKx5am5i)
Probably what Michael was like in the same scene when he gets his nards electrocuted
Corey was already a “kid killer”, he couldn’t touch the bullies, heck that’s how band kids could be bullies. Freddy on the other hand coulda busta’d out some kung fu, and worst case scenario mighta dealt with a civil suit.
FLIPMODE SQUAD!

BURN MOTHER******! BURNNNNN!!!! ⚡🔥
#TRICK OR TREAT MOTHAFUCKA
Michael Myers is a killer shark. In baggy ass overalls who gets his kicks from killing everyone and everything he comes across.
Come on and get your kicks, on Haddonfield 66 ~
I'm done dancing for these camera's lol

🤣😂
He would have ended like Brady if he had tried anything against Michael from H4
FLIP MOOOOOOODE
I was laughing so damn hard when I first saw the karate kicks.
It just made me assume if you have a working knowledge of self defense you can stand a chance against Michael. 😩
We need more posts like this here lmaooo
Myers was genuinely confused by the guy. He's not used to being bossed around lol
Freddy was just built different. Bro stood on business
In fairness, H20 Michael is canonically less strong than the Michael of Thorn/DGG timelines.
He is? He managed to either not suffer burns in H2, or he regenerated fully after suffering them. And Laurie says he was never found at the hospital. H20 ignores Thorn, so it wasn't a rescue operation. That means the dude walked away from the scene. Thorn Myers went into a coma.

What are you talking about? Busta Rhymes never appeared in a “Halloween” movie. Never. Never happened …
i need your mindset lol
Why do I feel like I've just been gaslighted by [Jonathan Frakes](https://youtu.be/GM-e46xdcUo?si=LK2NiqSeHpqDJ2BL)

This is the moment they jumped the shark. 🦈 I was just astounded they did this. 😩
He’s the black Michael Myers
Ja'Michael Myers
Maybe kung fu is Michaels kryptonite
I love that this happened What a movie, what a time
I refuse to live in this timeline...
We talk about him the most…it’s like bad press is not bad press. I kinda love this for busta in the series. There’s a sentence I never thought I’d say
I call him the ball shocker.
Looking a little crispy there ain’t ya Mikey?
What's his name, little fuck boy whiner, snatched Michael's mask off him with ease.
I unironically enjoyed this movie - and I’m a huge horror snob.
More that Myers is a fucking joke.

Busta was mad crazy on Michael Myers when he told him to leave .
Next to Bucky. Michael was so scared of Bucky he had to jump him from behind. Bucky is the apex predator of the series.
I still give it to Thorn Michael. He’s immune to electrical issues so Busta is screwed.
That's some club going up on a Tuesday vibes with this thought
Hands down. Only reason worth watching that garbage dumpster fire of a movie.
I was rooting for Michael Myers to kill him I was rooting for Michael Myers to kill everyone I’m always rooting for Michael Myers to kill everyone
Oh Freddy boy, damn you’re good
LOL
"And if them kids come around and see us dressed up in the same shit, it's going to ruin the whole effect!"
The busta michael scene is brilliant. Fucking hilarious. In a better movie that scene would be remembered as a high point,
Probly the hottest too. I said what I said 🤷🏻♀️
Dude, he kicked the absolute SHIT out of Michael.
The voice of the Reptar car in The Rugrats Movie help to weaken/defeat Michael Myers. 😏

“HEY, MICHAEL!! SEE ME!!!” *Bruce Lee fighting impersonation noises*
Worst. character. and. performance. EVER!
well i’d say he’s definitely the one redeeming quality of Resurrection. didn’t foresee that being the case the first time i saw Resurrection lol
