Bruce Trail app is good if you spend any time there. $3 / month for a good cause. For Apple Watch I love Workoutdoors. It's a one time low cost buy, but super flexible and informative. It has the trails on it, uses Mapbox I think, so you will never get lost. Amazing for running, paddling, bicycling, and a lot more activities that I have not done.
AllTrails app
I'll second AllTrails
Definitely AllTrails… free version is pretty decent, but one of the few apps I actually will pay for
Do you have premium?
Gaia GPS is pretty good, they have a free trial, I think it's 4-5 months.
There's an app by the name of AllTrails, been consistently great for me for multiple reasons.
Footpath!

I like Strava and have used ridewithgps, alltrails, and even google maps shows some of them.
