She is still a cool concept, and she got a “sort of” cameo in the pilot where we see that graffiti drawing of her on a building. She is already a part of the show! Sort of. 😊
That graffiti isn’t confirmed to be her. And things change in development, Vaggie was originally a sinner in the pilot. Roo could have been scrapped or changed into something else.

To be fair, voodoo symbols that happen around Alastor are green. While red eyes all around Hell are red and appear everywhere except Hotel. But still it might be a hint that Root of evil is spying all over Hell
Could be linked to the the intro of Hazbin Hotel since there are roots also there and Roo seem to have the capacity to evoke some trees, and since her name is Roo, could be an abbreviation

Maybe, but Vivzi SAID it was going to be a REALLY long time before she got to introduce Roo. I feel I still have reason to be optimistic.
Even if she is in the show i doubt she will be what people expect show is bound to change as the practical pie said.

No, because Roo is not the "root of evil". That's just a fanfic concept. Viv called Roo a "trash queen"

I think nothing. I merely state the fact that Roo being the root of evil is not something Viv came up with. It's a fan concept

I would head canon for Root of evil. Luci clearly feels regret for letting it corrupt humanity and create Hell but cannot do much about it.
