Look to the middle east! I'm a big fan of ful medames, it's super simple - essentially fava beans and some spices. I dress mine up with bell pepper and tomatoes. Eat it with pita and you'll be good for the morning. Another suggestion is halloumi, it's a firm cheese you can pan fry in olive oil until it's golden brown. 1oz halloumi is clocking in around 7g of protein, and who doesn't like to start the day with cheese? Labneh is basically a soft cheese made of strained yogurt. You can dress it up savory or sweet, and treat it like a yogurt or a spread.

I just made butter beans today and had with toast and it was amazing! I did add bone broth for added protein

waygooksaram

I do sauteed leeks and zucchini with my butter beans. Delicious on toast or by itself :)

I would recommend variations of Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and oatmeal. The yogurt and cottage cheese have great protein, and for oatmeal you can add a protein powder of your liking. If cottage cheese isn't your thing, you can always mix some with yogurt to make it more palatable. Considering your egg allergy, I wonder if looking up some vegan breakfast options with high protein could work for you. I've not made it myself, but tofu scramble is supposed to be similar eggs as far as texture and protein but without actually being egg, so that could serve as a possible replacement for the typical egg-containing breakfasts.

This is basically what I eat for breakfast - I mix some oats with greek yoghurt, honey, milk, frozen raspberries and chia seeds, then leave it overnight in the fridge.

Greek yogurt! 7 ounces has 20 grams of protein. Breakfast sausages, opt for turkey or plant based for a bit healthier. Chia seeds are high in protein (5 grams of protein per 28 grams) not sure if that is too close to a nut biologically and quinoa also a seed is also high in protein with 8 grams per cooked cup and is a complete protein despite not being animal based. There's also ham and cheeses with fresh vegetables like cucumbers and tomatoes. Hope you find good suggestions!

Maybe this is me, but I eat whatever for breakfast. I'm not into the typical breakfast foods so if a big protein burrito sounds good, that's what I'm doing

random-sh1t

Yeah I'll eat whatever, whenever. Leftovers are great in the morning. They're already cooked - just reheat and eat.

MEAT! It seems counterintuitive to me but a lot of workout meal plans focus on a high protein high fat low carb diet.

[This](http://well.ca/products/flourish-buttermilk-protein-pancake_161665.html) pancake mix is high protein and one of the best mixes I've had overall. Can be made with milk or water and requires no eggs. >Ingredients: Non-GMO Whole Wheat Flour, Whey Protein (whey protein, milk, natural vanilla flavours, non-GMO sunflower lecithin), Milled Flax Seed, Baking Powder, Buttermilk Powder, Non-GMO Organic Erythritol, Kosher Salt.

Eat whatever you like. I don't stick to rules for meals. I often have porridge for dinner & dinner for brekky because I'm less hungry if I have a nutritious, big brekky. Otherwise, cottage cheese on rice thins with tomato; flavoured tuna & your favourite cheddar on toast; sardines on toast; scrambled tofu; home-made baked beans; good quality sausages & beans; burritos; or one of my personal favourites, whatever I feel like plus a protein shake lol.

Mightaswellmakeone

Steak makes wonderful breakfast food.

I recently made tofu two ways: "scrambled eggs and bacon", and holy shit I'm addicted.

Not sure if it’s fully safe but I grew up with medication that was best digested with lots of protein. My mom would get my Jimmy dean sausages and I’d often pair them with strawberry/greek yogurt smoothies. You need a good blender to keep those to just two ingredients when using frozen berries. I made/make them ahead and let things slightly thaw out in blender bottles in the fridge. In the morning just shake it up and go.

Icy-Mix-581

I make ground turkey/kale/spinach/mushrooms for breakfast, and throw in a bunch of spices. Actually going to do that in a few

Kedjerie!

majatask

Greek yogurt or Skyr. Very high in proteins. Look it up.

laviksa

Breakfast shake(to drink): 100g rolled oats, a scoop of protein powder, 600ml whole milk, 1 banana, teaspoon of chocolate powder. Blend and store in fridge till morning (it's a version of overnight oats, don't consume it freshly blend). Very fast 50g protein breakfast, sustains my weightlifting.

braddorsett74

Bacon!! The fat is also good first thing in the morning as it keeps your blood sugar levels from dropping and creating that lethargic feel you can get. Also a classic bean and cheese breakfast taco, I love those.

Maplesyrup111111

I made a chickpea cookie dough the other day and ate it for breakfast: In a food processor: 1 can shelled chickpeas 1/3 cup seed butter Vanilla 2 T maple syrup 1/2 cup chocolate chips

bookish156

I had pancakes with no eggs and pulled pork yesterday. 🤷‍♀️ It was good and fast if you have leftovers. Bacon, ham, sausage, pork, steak, bison…I mostly think of meat as an alternate breakfast protein.

bookish156

There are high protein cereals. Breakfast shakes.
