Crashes and connection issues, as well as the inability to recruit new players after the first mission. Having to turn the game off and on again to get a full team is a hassle, especially with your loadout resetting to default every time you boot the game.
Yeah it's really annoying. It seem to think the people who left are still in your squad, I sometimes see their name blink a nano second when entering or extracting from a mission on UI where the squad names/health etc is shown. So basically the game acts if they never left, their "ghost" is still on your squad so new players can't join and SOS does nothing. I assume it's also the reason when trying to quickplay the game says failed to connect because 2/4 group has 2 ghost members and the game fails to put you in these slots occupied by ghosts.
Also explains why when you join a mission sometimes you are unable to select certain boosters because it thinks there is already someone in the match using that booster.
I outright canāt unlock difficulty 7 because the farthest I can get before people start leaving is 2 missions, and thatās generously assuming someone doesnāt get pissy and leaves the moment they catch an accidental orbital barrage.
Yup! Realised if I actually close it completely when done every time, it has a solid chance of matchmaking when started next time. Only problem is with the latest patch, it resets your loadout, so the only thing you have is your armour. The rest has to be re-elected before diving. š£
Yeap. And Steam friends integration is horribly broken. "Friends only" isn't supposed to mean "private" and lock out said friends from joining. It's annoying.
But it's worth putting up with most nights because it's Helldivers.
The not being able to add friends that are cross play right now is killing me. My buddy and I have to go find a random low population planet. Then squad up manually bc it physically wonāt recognize our friend requests

Turning it off and back on works? I kept doing the cmd dnsflush thing. That would get me one co-op mission and then nothing after. Oh but if the party was full before I connected, then I'd get none. It's a little frustrating.
This is the biggest gripe for me as well. Playing a map that last 30 minutes at extract and then suddenly getting thrown to your ship without an explanation is just horrible. They should fix this first.
Then the other thing with friendslist and friend invites not working is just garbage for a live service game that is multiplayer focused.
I'm getting really tired of reassigning all my settings every time I join someone else's squad, every time I get back on my ship, and every time I restart the game, and every time the game crashes.
It goes along with the āinvisible wallsā for the hellpod steering lock. Want to throw a sentry up high on a rock? Too bad. Trying to call a hellbomb right next to the bot jammer? No dice. For that one you have to call it at the edge of that area.
Every enemy needs a full pass to add distinct audio. It's absolute bullshit that a titan can assassinate you with a silent footstep, or a charger can silently whoosh directly up your butthole without you ever being able to react.
funny enough if you already know thereās a titan/charge is chasing you, you always hear their stomping sound and feel the mini-earthquake theyāre causing. But none of these happened when they sneak you up from behind
I hate to make the Deep Rock Galactic comparison, but the sound design is so good in that game that I can positively identify every single different enemy even when I can't see them. That is what I want in HD2.
This is my biggest gripe. my buddies play on PS5 and I'm on a PC. We can't accept each other's friend requests. Love the game but I got to play with friends.
If it makes you feel better Iām even having that issue with another ps5 player. Met this awesome dude who showed me the ropes when I was a cadet and we had a blast playing together one night but homie probably thinks I just denied his friend request lol
It happens to us and we're all pc players. For a couple days it worked if the host invited us through steam but now we have to go and make it public and then invite.
Ah man that sucks then. I often really wanna just quickly hop in on the planet map and help some players out but I literally cannot join any of them, it's so frustrating.

This used to happen me every single mission. I limited my frame rate and it fixed it. Idk if the same fix will work for you. But thereās a lot of threads calling out potential fixes that might help

Yeah biggest issue I have right now which kills my mood is disconnects and crashes to desktop. Woohoo I wasted 20-40 minutes in a mission only to get disconnected or crash at extract! So fun
last time it happened to me, i dced on the same mission twice after spending 35+ minutes in it.
so i said "well alright, fuck that mission in particular. i'll hop on another planet and start again". i go play an exterminate mission and crash again when i'm missing one bug.
an entire session to bring home 20 super credits. i felt my blood pressure rise.
Don't you worry, until they patch super credit farming, they are added to your account when taking, not when leaving with them. Also they won't drop on your death like sample. Had a mission today where we found like 60 super credits, but on last step I crashed really hard with pc rebooting, but my super credits were there, so now I have my first premium warbond in 17hours.
Not being able to accept my buddies friend request or vice versa is hands down the worst bug of them all. I talked him into buying the game and we can't even play together! Super bummer
Yeah I'm glad they put it on the list on the most recent patch, but it's been an issue since launch. I'm hoping my buddy doesn't just move on to a different game before they fix it.
Can't believe that you didn't mention the friend request bug. How a game made to be played multiplayer doesn't have a working friend system is insane.
Not to mention if you do get in a game with people you like, chances are at least one of you is gonna crash soon. I'm not a game dev but I feel like sending/accepting friend requests should be a fairly easy thing to get right considering literally every other game since about 2008 has had a friend system working fine on launch.
I haven't had it, really, so I can't comment on that bug. I will say the "recent players" is hit or miss. Want to block or add someone, you'd best hope they counted in your recent players this time.
Can't add any one, and no one can add me, hitting accept on the friend request just does nothing and it stays in pending. Can't even play with one of my friends at all because he's on PS and I am on Steam.
Exact same issue for weeks now and it's boggling my mind. My friend and I have to keep going over to Ustotu, the planet with the least people on it, and I have to host a mission on easy difficulty and pray be finds me.
There are so many game breaking and fun killing bugs that need to get addressed
SSD/barrel/artillery shell/ballistic shield breaking animations of you use a stim or interact with anything while carrying them causing you to lose the ability to do anything unless you get ragdolled or have have a support weapon.
The Pelican entrance breaking and not being able to extract, or glitching out and not landing, or landing in geometry, or for some reason getting a 5+ minute timer after being called in

Hellbomb disappearing, not interacting with the world (I had one where we called in 3 to destroy an obj and decided to stand next to it and didn't die when it went off) or not going off at all, drills not fully deploying locking out the mission.
Called in stratagems not deploying. Happens all the time with straffing run and informally with rail cannon.
Drop ships being "destroyed" then sliding into the map and with their crew intact. Or spawning out of nowhere.
Bile spitter, Titan, and flamethrower Hulk having borked hit detection that instantly kills you even if you didn't get hit.
Enemies sliding through geometry
The "50% chance to survive" armor leaving you suck in a death state (drowned, in a hole, out of bounds)
Stims, interactions, and reloads not registering. In the case of reloads loading an empty magazine and having to reload again wasting a magazine if you dive or get hit at the wrong time.
Redeploy breaking if to many enemies spawn at the same time (had happened twice on Helldivers defend missions)
Bot patrols stepping on their own mines and calling reinforcements, breaking the "line of sight" for the rest of the map and being unable to escape combat
Smoke doesn't do anything. Tested multiple times and smoke has no effect on enemy detection or accuracy.
So many more.

Oh I had forgotten about those. I stopped shooting down drop ships since A) 9 out of 10 bots would survive anyway and B) fellow divers kept getting smeared by the high-speed ship corpse flying in.
I also don't both with smoke since the NPC ping system just tells them where you are no matter what. A great example of this is the bombard spewers just zeroing in on you 200m away behind a mountain and in a forest.
I'm not going to call it lazy because it's not fair to the devs but the way enemy detection and for lack of a better phrase "wanted level" works is not working in this game. It could entirely be an engine issue given this is a smaller team using an unsupported engine (the engine got passed around and killed while the game was already in development) but enemies with no line of sight knowing exactly where you are is just annoying. It also didn't help that the AI are unaffected by planetary conditions like fog and low visibility. If I can't see them they shouldn't be able to shoot at me.
Nothing like looking into that 200m dense cloud of fog only to have a single Bot rocket come out and hit you square in the face. I agree.
And I really don't think they are lazy, but I think they feel a lot of pressure to keep coming up with "new" stuff and I hope the bugs don't get ignored.
I fucking loathe the bullshit with the Hellbombs deciding not to work. I was trying to call one in one an Eye of Sauron and it wouldnt stick to the fucking floor. Just rolled around like a fat kid in a puddle of chocolate before vanishing.
The entire upper level of those count as "Undeployable (like the tops of rocks and out of reach areas) It's stupid as hell as intuitively thats where you would put it.
I think it's just an oversight. many of the bot buildings are flagged us no deployable floors and i think because the tower extends around its base from above with the light it got flagged mistakenly. A minor bug but an annoying one to be sure.
The 5 minute Pelican timer is a feature. I believe it's affected by the "longer strategem deployment" conditions.
Technically you don't have to extract to succeed, so I'm okay with it being harder sometimes. 4-5 minutes is stupid long though, and usually leads to the destroyer leaving orbit halfway through.

If anyone encounters the Pelican going inside the map my group found we could have someone reinforce on top of the Pelican and they would enter it which ended the level.

Not even since I got the game, but probably since the last update. I thought there were new strategies to buy and was disappointed that I was just getting that message. Also, getting the giant tutorial pop-ups every starting match is annoying.
Kinda crazy how good and fun gameplay can hide (or let people ignore) so many bugs. Any other game that launches with so much bugs and issues would get reviewbombed to hell. There have been lots of games with less issues which got harder criticized than this.
I will take all these being delayed if it means patrols will stop spawning directly on top of me, executing me with 0 way out. That to me is the one that needs to be fixed asap.
3 bile titans spawn beside me while I was doing the extraction last night. No bug breach, no sound cue, no showing on map. Just the game decides to screw u over.
I have a few bugs I hate that aren't listed:
\-chargers being able to turn on a dime so you cant flank them
\-Chargers charging into you but not knocking you over and you clip inside them and end up trapped
\-The same as above but this time you at least got knocked over
\-The screen shake/freeze randomly happening when sometimes taking damage (more that its not clear what type of damage is causing this)
\-loosing your primary weapon and being unable to use it the rest of the mission
\-being nowhere near a plant that would apply environmental effects but it explodes anyways and somehow slows you
\-bigger enemies not despawning when they die/blocking paths and you cant climb over them or shoot their bodies to disintegrate them
\-big enemies being under the pelican getting clipped into it thus blocking the extract door (tanks are the biggest offender on bot missions)
\- (this one mightve been fixed because I havent encountered it in a while): taking a miniscule amount of damage that turns your bar red, but you can't stim to heal it until you take more damage.
\-the mech shooting a rocket into itself
\-the mech landing on top of a rock that you can't scale despite not throwing it near there...
\-finding a collectible and being frozen (I know they are aware but its not in your list OP)
\- the sprinting randomly slowing down despite not being out of stamina
\- Bot specific: landing on a fabricator with your hellpod killing you randomly (it doesnt happen always but it happens sometimes)
\- bouncing strategm beacons (90% of the time they dont bounce but why is it that they randomly bounce sometimes?)
\- diving from a high distance and sometimes clipping under the map and being under the entire world
\-and I know you added being flung into space by plants, but sometimes the bugs or bots do it to.
add to this list the charger skate. They naturally lose all momentum after a charge, but then they suddenly lurch towards you like they have rocket boosters attached. There's surely now way that's intended.

Lost 23 samples to this shit. Reinforce on cooldown, last alive, hit by a charger when at full health and get stuck under him, watch him stand on top of me until my health slowly depletes to zero and fail to extract.
Also getting stuck inside dead Bile Titans after successfully dropping your reinforce pod on them.

Add to that big enemy corpses still being lethal, like if you walk into a dead bile titanās leg the wrong way. Not just hurting you, but instantly killing you.
I think this is why some of the players reacted so harshly about some of the balance changes. There are so many significant broken things, but the devs are wasting time making small changes to guns and spawn rates. I realize that it's more complicated than that, but sometimes perception is reality.
And that was a 100% fair reaction, especially when paired with "git gud". If they have time for nerfs and balance, they have time for bug fixes. I've never seen bugs stay on patch notes "known issues" for 2 and 3 patches.
100% this. Why take away some fun of the game before fixing the actual problems?
And then to have the gall to jump on social media and reply to the negative comments with āget gudā or ārely on your stratagemsā. That was just ridiculous and not a good look for the company.
Dont forget bots shooting at you through solid objects (large rocks, walls) if their gun clips through them, as well as being able to walk through their dead large robots (hulks, tanks, dropships) while still being able to shoot from the inside, effectively shielding them from your gunfire and stratagems.
As well as dropping like 1cm down after diving, which is apparently enough to put your diver through a nap while hes getting attacked.
Not to mention enemies spawning in out of thin air very close or inside of you, either mid-combat and causing every fight to last nearly forever, or causing you to die because youre supposed to predict houdini hunters or something.
Oh, dont forget bugs not being able to catch on fire from stepping into a pool of actively burning napalm, but god forbid you ragdoll and scrape a morsel of fire off the ground, or else you'll just die.
I really like this game, but bugs like these just make the game feel inconsistent, like youre doing everything right by the game's rules only to be punished for it because why not.

Or when you catch a single stray pellet from an incendiary breaker your buddy fired near an armored surface (like a charger corpse) and suddenly youāre instantly fully engulfed in flames.

I'm continually annoyed by enemies' reliance on one-shotting you.
Especially Nurses/Spewers who are fast, tanky, and move silently/can "stack" inside each other (you think you are fighting one of them but behold there id a 2nd one inside of the first).

Arrowhead must now decide whether this is an action combat game or a stealth combat game, and yes, I have played Helldivers 1, which was not like this.
It was a very different game from Helldivers 2.
Stop with the lame constant one-shots.
I'm not inherently against one shot attacks, but there should be two fixes:
- add some iframes to dodging.
- the tracking on one shot kills is absurd. A bile spewer's spit should not follow my diving Helldiver through the goddamn air.
If our defensive options were more reliable, a few one shot attacks are okay imo. But right now evasion is so unreliable it feels like RNG.
Also give us a combat roll! Tired of my only defensive dodge option being to lay on the ground and whack off while Hunters eat my ass.
Since there are limited bindings on a controller, I suggest letting us choose between dive and roll in the character customization menu. Balance it by dive covering more distance (thus requiring less precise timing to dodge attacks like a charge), but roll allowing a faster recovery. Both should break enemy tracking as mentioned below (otherwise dodging a charge would be nigh impossible with a roll covering less distance).
imo i frames don't really fit this game, but the dodge should absolutely break the enemies tracking, which accomplishes the same thing. it makes no sense that the bile spewer's head is essentially glued to my character, allowing it to instantly and perfectly track every movement I make.
At least the spitters need to be fairly close to you. What about the rocket devastators one tapping you with rockets from 100+ meters away and behind a fog? Even heavy armor doesn't prevent the one-tap, its absurd.
I'm glad to see everyone taking a stand. We want this game to thrive, we love it but the bugs are relentless, and I'm not talking about the ones we get to shoot.
As everyone should. You will get people who get upset if they see anything critiquing their game that is suddenly their entire being (they were going through here downvoting anyone for saying they had issues with the game earlier), but what can you do about them? I love the game, just want to see some things fixed. And I think plenty of people feel the same.
Crashes are the main issue for me right now, it didn't crash as much before.
Now between disconnections, crashes with possibility to report and crashes with no notification at the end like the game just alt+f4 itself, I never know if I'm gonna finish a mission or not.
And why there's no option to reconnect to your last session if you were playing with randoms? The game clearly remembers your last session since when you're playing with friends and you reconnect through the friend list, you can't change the loadout and your cooldowns don't reset.
Big one for me is Arc Thrower targeting. I have an enemy in front of me with a clear line of sight but apparently this two inch rock in front of me actually blocks it from going off. It's *really* annoying.
I spent a good 3 or so minutes just floating like a sad, discarded toy until my wife made her way back across the map to shoot me. Words I never thought I would have to utter in my marriage, but here we are.

Yeah I remember way back in the day when rainbow six siege took a season off to just do fixes instead of adding new characters and I think it helped the game a lot. Even though I will say it felt bad at the time since I had paid for a season pass and I wasn't getting as many characters as normal.
Yeah, I agree, which is why right now is a good time to do it. They just popped a content patch, most people still haven't hit max level or unlocked everything, etc.. I think they honestly have a week or two to focus and most wouldn't notice any lack of content.
Also:
-The "scramble" sound effect due to an ion storm when you open your stratagem list, and it stays for the rest of the mission, makes me quit every time it's annoying.
-The random instant return to your ship without even a loading screen, that's a weird one.
-Ice flowers sometimes being able to one shot an exo-suit, is it intended ?
-The patrols poping in line of sight / right on our positions, being in a crowd all the sudden.
-My friendlist somehow gets shorter everyday, what's up with that ?
My main issue is it's impossible for me and my friends to join each other's games half the time. Even though we are all friends on steam and in-game, and our lobbies are set to friends only, we just get told the lobby is "private" and can't join each other.

If you have missing health and try to call in a reinforcement youāll inject yourself with a stim instead (I guess because they both start with a ā¬ļø input on the d-pad).
For whatever reason your last input on stratagems will always double count as a regular input. So if you have the supply pack and use a stratagem that ends on ā¬ļø you're forced to consume 1 of your supplies.
When I switch to grenades and get locked in the animation and can switch weapons, use stratagems or anything until I die.
Ballistic Shield needs a buff and bug fixes of putting you in a T-Pose.
Randomly being stunned, and no it's not from tremors, a bush or anything.
Dude we need it to stop crashing. Biggest problem right now is I canāt play three missions with a crash in the middle of one. With no ability to rejoin. Fucking sucks.
Every single time I boot the game up my loadout has been reverted to the default items. Itās so annoying dropping into a mission & realising Iāve forgotten to swap everything out.
One issue I still have with matchmaking is that at first my lobby fills up just fine, but if someone leaves they never get replaced, and the only way to "fix" this is by restarting my game. Especially annoying now that there's also a bug which resets my loadout every time I restart the game.
Social tab being useless in multiplayer coop game, this needs a fix asap, along with constant crashes (I'm on ps5, but I'm sure PC players are getting these, too). There's no risk-free option that could save your 40-minute mission.
Enemies ghosting through their dead kin while I have to climb over the dead bug blocking my way. The worst is fighting bile spewer without knowing there's another pack of 2 spewers going through his big butt, and yeah, you get 1 shot anyway.

I was VERY frustrated with this until I discovered that they don't launch you anywhere unless you shoot while in the cloud. This can become a mechanic, as it launches you in the opposite direction of where you shot, so you can either get out of a horde/bad situation, or traverse the map faster. And I think you can shoot the cloud while enemies are in them to launch (and often kill them) them into oblivion.
I wish there was an armor specifically designed to withstand impact dmg so that we could use this type of terrain super quickly and without harm.
I wasn't aware it had anything to do with shooting since I have been booped into them by a stalker and then bam, Team Rocket is blasting off again.
They really do need impact armor and flame resist armor, though.
It's possible that it can happen if you get tossed and ragdolled into it yeah...
Everything in this game is only doubt, teleghraping is pretty bad. Especially chargers: you just have to touch an INCH of a charger to get either ragdolled or at the least take damage
I swear you used to press right on the D pad to get grenades out and then press it again to put them away and go back to the weapon you were using.
It doesnāt do that any more. You have to press triangle and then triangle again to get back to your support weapon.

Played nonstop till level 26, and then I started getting hit hard with bug after bug, disconnect after disconnect yesterday so I'm going to be taking a break until things get fixed.
This game is amazing fun, just really needs some love in the bugfix department. My favorite is not getting any other Helldivers joining my match and constantly having to restart the game. I can mostly tolerate the rest of the jank if I actually have team mates. . .
Right now the main things that are triggering me:
\-Getting stuck on bullshit rocks / character vaulting up something that doesn't look like will put me in vault animation.
\-Spamming stim like you mentioned but also the controls in general seem super hit and miss. Sometimes i can jump prone, hit run and get up instantly.. other times im spamming sprint / alt and my guy just lays on the floor while getting fucked.
\-Magically spawning enemies. They need to do something about this.. i know the game is meant to be hectic, but its pretty infuriating when we play almost flawlessly for 36 minutes only for you to spawn 14 Spitters, 2 bile titans and 3 chargers along with 40 jumpy fucks "survive 2 minutes before shuttle".. if we bait that much stuff back to the extraction fair, if we let that many breaches get off fair... just spawning an absoloutely stupid amount of shit where i cant even stop to reload let alone shoot its dumb.
- Some new missions have weird gaps in their geometry
- Bile titan carcasses can fling you into space for no reason
- Sometimes strategems fail to plant on ground for no reason
- Animations will freeze when swapping from an offhand item like the ballistic shield or SSSD
###Quality of life changes I'd like to see:
- Rovers should fly higher
- Sprint key should cause you to stand up regardless of whether or not you can actually sprint
- Tapping burst should fire all rounds in the burst regardless of how long the button was held
- 100 m grid squares in the minimap
- Railgun charge meter in 3rd person crosshair
- Turrets should have laser sights
PLEASE update all mechs OS. Half of them can't do meele attack.

p.p.s there is a camera bug whre the view is like from the body cam, switch to grenades to fix it.
The most consistent bug I've been encountering is that sometimes my arms will just get stuck in a pose like I'm carrying a big box or a boulder.
*Sometimes* I can still shoot while in this pose but most times all I can do is move. Granted, I'm able to work around the bug by spam swapping between my weapons but it's definitely gotten me killed more time than I can take without getting frustrated.
It usually happens after picking something up, whether that be weapon, sample, or SSD drive.
Roughly 80% of the time it's with the SSD.
Yesterday we were doing an ore vein mission. The hub was getting overran so I threw a seaf nuke on it and backed up to clear the bugs. After we cleared them there was an indent in the ground and my character was not tall enough to interact with the hub. We had to call in a resupply so I could jump on it then stand on my friends head who was crouched down to interact and finish the vein extraction.
More issues than that too, armour is still useless, I want the stun removed from hunters. If there's that many, then remove the damn stun. Health on enemies is inconsistent, sometimes you can kill one surprisingly easy and then it can take 2 mags to put another down, reduce the speed of spewers as those things are quick and silent, and anything with the bots. Tired of being sniped across the map by devastators, rocket raiders. Keep dishing out new content when they should be focusing on problems that ha e been there since launch day and are still there.
I know itās not a bug but we need a dedicated button to throwing grenades like every modern shooter. I hate throwing a grenade and then swapping back to my weapon to shoot. Only for it to not have swapped and now Iām throwing more.
Just sprinting sometimes seems buggy. Like why do I slow down for no reason whatsoever, or am I missing that there's an incredibly slight bump in the terrain I am traversing?
The only thing worse than getting teamkilled while stuck in the pelican is getting killed by a bile het spewing through the side while the last person tries to make it in. If youāre in the pelican you should be invincible, or at the very least your samples should still extract since theyāre on the pelican with your corpse.
Mechs are super weak compared to the first game. Heavy armor needs work too.
And since it was on sale I have first hand access to stuff the brain rots tell me 'it's the same as it was in the first game'
At least show us where the pods canāt land, some black and yellow lines overlayed or something. Also, how about they make it so we canāt land in pits and die immediately?
I see these types of threads a lot, but it's just not really how development works. Arrowhead is relatively small, but still has dedicated teams for each thing. The networking team can't drop what their doing to solve crashes, artists and weapons designers cant help fix networking issues, etc... For one, it's out of people's area of expertise, and for another, onboarding someone to a team takes time away from the people working to actually fix the issues. The same applies for new hires, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and onboarding/training means people need to change priorities to do the training.
I understand the sentiment, and they do have the ability to shuffle some resources around, but it's not simply a matter of dropping everything in the pipeline to fully address bug fixes.

I feel like the #1 bug is the patrol spawn issue where they pop in literally on top of you. Seems to be map related as some matches it doesn't happen, then with others it will happen 3 times in a row.

That fucking blows my mind that a hunter can hit me for 50+ % of my hp in a single attack, or do a single combo and kill me because they jumped and swiped and now i'm fucking dead.
about 60% of my mech deaths are rockets exploding inside of me. yes, I should avoid rotating and shooting but it shouldn't be a problem in the first place, and it is not the only time that the rockets will kill you. they have exploded while I am just walking forwards or straight up just standing still. very annoying bug.
also titan corpses are buggy as fuck. I'm not talking about them killing me when they fall. I'm talking about trying to climb over the still corpse of a titan, which results in me losing half my health and getting sent flying a random direction into the air. just disable collision or make them disappear if they are that buggy.
Interrupted animations on reload and stims as well as things just spawning on top of you are my biggest gripes with the game right now.
If anything spawns it should be from a bug hole, factory or drop ship. Not just popped into existence out of nowhere because apparently they transcend space and time.
There is also an animation bug when you are holding a SSSD.
If I remember correctly if u do any pickups with weapons on the field it breaks the animation and your character will get stuck into a weird T pose until you pickup the SSSD again. It can be permanent if you don't get to pick up the SSSD again.

My brother figured out the problem with this and opened a bug report. If you die while you are aimed down sight, then you can't steer your drop pod. You'll notice that whenever you can't steer, when you get out of your pod, you are already ADS.
My biggest complaint for fixed.
Reloading, stims, and standing up. I get tired of spamming r and v and HOPING they work.
I get tired of getting ragdolled and forced prone for 30 seconds straight.
I'm tired of chargers and their ice skating agility. Many many times I've seen then literally slide sideways to still hit or, and they shouldn't be able to charge AND make 90 degree turns.
Finally, I'm tired of chargers going into bleed mode and all of the sudden they basically have infinite health.
And the final one....getting titans and some other bugs aggrod and you literally can't out pace them unless they get snagged on terrain.
Nothing like a titan on you and you can't even call anything in because if you stop, you die.
Wow. I was just thinking of posting somethibg like this. Aside numerous minor bugs, my game crashed twice within one hour. And one of those games I had super samples with me. Thatt was friday and I'm still upset about it. Haven't played the game since.
Your orbital rail gun comment made me realize Iām not the only one. I thought I was making a mistake. Tonight I threw an orbital rail gun at two chargers. The gun aimed the red laser of death and boom. Took out a little ankle biter.
The problem I want fixes the most is the fucking patrolling groups of enemies spawning next to me as I'm fighting I only to summon a bile titan and 2 chargers and alert another patrol that just spawned 2 seconds later is not very fun
I'm personally tired of my load out being reset every time I load back into the game, and then having the tutorial messages pop up in every match because the game thinks I'm a new player. The first time it happened, I dropped into a friend's helldive game with a liberator and the basic bitch pistol. That was not fun.
The disconnects are killing me. Playing with a couple of PS5 players and I get DC'ed and need to rejoin multiple times a game. I can't finish any of the long missions without having a friend as the host that I can rejoin
Crashes and connection issues, as well as the inability to recruit new players after the first mission. Having to turn the game off and on again to get a full team is a hassle, especially with your loadout resetting to default every time you boot the game.
The matchmaking bug after the first match is driving me crazy.
This is definitely my biggest issue right now. Makes it so hard to complete campaigns.
Yeah it's really annoying. It seem to think the people who left are still in your squad, I sometimes see their name blink a nano second when entering or extracting from a mission on UI where the squad names/health etc is shown. So basically the game acts if they never left, their "ghost" is still on your squad so new players can't join and SOS does nothing. I assume it's also the reason when trying to quickplay the game says failed to connect because 2/4 group has 2 ghost members and the game fails to put you in these slots occupied by ghosts.
Also explains why when you join a mission sometimes you are unable to select certain boosters because it thinks there is already someone in the match using that booster.

I outright canāt unlock difficulty 7 because the farthest I can get before people start leaving is 2 missions, and thatās generously assuming someone doesnāt get pissy and leaves the moment they catch an accidental orbital barrage.

Yup! Realised if I actually close it completely when done every time, it has a solid chance of matchmaking when started next time. Only problem is with the latest patch, it resets your loadout, so the only thing you have is your armour. The rest has to be re-elected before diving. š£
I hate that the game wonāt save your loadout anymore. The first mission always sucks now because I forget to switch to weapons I want.

This is the biggest gripe for me as well. Playing a map that last 30 minutes at extract and then suddenly getting thrown to your ship without an explanation is just horrible. They should fix this first. Then the other thing with friendslist and friend invites not working is just garbage for a live service game that is multiplayer focused.
That's my problem too, and I just can't stand that problem this big is not even marked as known issue. At least acknowledge it's broken wtf.
When your in the mech and you look at the map, you can't move the map or place a marker without firing your guns and it drives me crazy!

Oh, yeah, that inconsistency. Sometimes it plops in front of you, other times it bounces off like a mad ball. I have no idea what that one is.
It goes along with the āinvisible wallsā for the hellpod steering lock. Want to throw a sentry up high on a rock? Too bad. Trying to call a hellbomb right next to the bot jammer? No dice. For that one you have to call it at the edge of that area.

Every enemy needs a full pass to add distinct audio. It's absolute bullshit that a titan can assassinate you with a silent footstep, or a charger can silently whoosh directly up your butthole without you ever being able to react.
funny enough if you already know thereās a titan/charge is chasing you, you always hear their stomping sound and feel the mini-earthquake theyāre causing. But none of these happened when they sneak you up from behind
I hate to make the Deep Rock Galactic comparison, but the sound design is so good in that game that I can positively identify every single different enemy even when I can't see them. That is what I want in HD2.
Especially when they are just farting up cloud all the time. I'd rather hear a prrrrrt than nothing.

It happens to us and we're all pc players. For a couple days it worked if the host invited us through steam but now we have to go and make it public and then invite.

This used to happen me every single mission. I limited my frame rate and it fixed it. Idk if the same fix will work for you. But thereās a lot of threads calling out potential fixes that might help

Yeah biggest issue I have right now which kills my mood is disconnects and crashes to desktop. Woohoo I wasted 20-40 minutes in a mission only to get disconnected or crash at extract! So fun
last time it happened to me, i dced on the same mission twice after spending 35+ minutes in it. so i said "well alright, fuck that mission in particular. i'll hop on another planet and start again". i go play an exterminate mission and crash again when i'm missing one bug. an entire session to bring home 20 super credits. i felt my blood pressure rise.
Don't you worry, until they patch super credit farming, they are added to your account when taking, not when leaving with them. Also they won't drop on your death like sample. Had a mission today where we found like 60 super credits, but on last step I crashed really hard with pc rebooting, but my super credits were there, so now I have my first premium warbond in 17hours.

The devs said that the ease of sc earning was intentional. So it isn't going to be patched.
I scan my file integrity via steam when that happens, and always when that happened (and only then!) I had 2 files being repaired.
Not being able to accept my buddies friend request or vice versa is hands down the worst bug of them all. I talked him into buying the game and we can't even play together! Super bummer

Yeah I'm glad they put it on the list on the most recent patch, but it's been an issue since launch. I'm hoping my buddy doesn't just move on to a different game before they fix it.
Can't believe that you didn't mention the friend request bug. How a game made to be played multiplayer doesn't have a working friend system is insane. Not to mention if you do get in a game with people you like, chances are at least one of you is gonna crash soon. I'm not a game dev but I feel like sending/accepting friend requests should be a fairly easy thing to get right considering literally every other game since about 2008 has had a friend system working fine on launch.
I haven't had it, really, so I can't comment on that bug. I will say the "recent players" is hit or miss. Want to block or add someone, you'd best hope they counted in your recent players this time.
Can't add any one, and no one can add me, hitting accept on the friend request just does nothing and it stays in pending. Can't even play with one of my friends at all because he's on PS and I am on Steam.
Exact same issue for weeks now and it's boggling my mind. My friend and I have to keep going over to Ustotu, the planet with the least people on it, and I have to host a mission on easy difficulty and pray be finds me.
There are so many game breaking and fun killing bugs that need to get addressed SSD/barrel/artillery shell/ballistic shield breaking animations of you use a stim or interact with anything while carrying them causing you to lose the ability to do anything unless you get ragdolled or have have a support weapon. The Pelican entrance breaking and not being able to extract, or glitching out and not landing, or landing in geometry, or for some reason getting a 5+ minute timer after being called in Called in objectives breaking and not being able to be interacted with. Hellbomb disappearing, not interacting with the world (I had one where we called in 3 to destroy an obj and decided to stand next to it and didn't die when it went off) or not going off at all, drills not fully deploying locking out the mission. Called in stratagems not deploying. Happens all the time with straffing run and informally with rail cannon. Drop ships being "destroyed" then sliding into the map and with their crew intact. Or spawning out of nowhere. Bile spitter, Titan, and flamethrower Hulk having borked hit detection that instantly kills you even if you didn't get hit. Enemies sliding through geometry The "50% chance to survive" armor leaving you suck in a death state (drowned, in a hole, out of bounds) Stims, interactions, and reloads not registering. In the case of reloads loading an empty magazine and having to reload again wasting a magazine if you dive or get hit at the wrong time. Redeploy breaking if to many enemies spawn at the same time (had happened twice on Helldivers defend missions) Bot patrols stepping on their own mines and calling reinforcements, breaking the "line of sight" for the rest of the map and being unable to escape combat Smoke doesn't do anything. Tested multiple times and smoke has no effect on enemy detection or accuracy. So many more.

I stopped shooting down drop ships since A) 9 out of 10 bots would survive anyway and B) fellow divers kept getting smeared by the high-speed ship corpse flying in. I also don't both with smoke since the NPC ping system just tells them where you are no matter what. A great example of this is the bombard spewers just zeroing in on you 200m away behind a mountain and in a forest.
I'm not going to call it lazy because it's not fair to the devs but the way enemy detection and for lack of a better phrase "wanted level" works is not working in this game. It could entirely be an engine issue given this is a smaller team using an unsupported engine (the engine got passed around and killed while the game was already in development) but enemies with no line of sight knowing exactly where you are is just annoying. It also didn't help that the AI are unaffected by planetary conditions like fog and low visibility. If I can't see them they shouldn't be able to shoot at me.
Nothing like looking into that 200m dense cloud of fog only to have a single Bot rocket come out and hit you square in the face. I agree. And I really don't think they are lazy, but I think they feel a lot of pressure to keep coming up with "new" stuff and I hope the bugs don't get ignored.

I fucking loathe the bullshit with the Hellbombs deciding not to work. I was trying to call one in one an Eye of Sauron and it wouldnt stick to the fucking floor. Just rolled around like a fat kid in a puddle of chocolate before vanishing.
The entire upper level of those count as "Undeployable (like the tops of rocks and out of reach areas) It's stupid as hell as intuitively thats where you would put it.

I think it's just an oversight. many of the bot buildings are flagged us no deployable floors and i think because the tower extends around its base from above with the light it got flagged mistakenly. A minor bug but an annoying one to be sure.
The 5 minute Pelican timer is a feature. I believe it's affected by the "longer strategem deployment" conditions. Technically you don't have to extract to succeed, so I'm okay with it being harder sometimes. 4-5 minutes is stupid long though, and usually leads to the destroyer leaving orbit halfway through.

It doubles calldown time, extraction included so it doubles from 2 to 4 minutes. More than 4 is most likely an unintended bug.

The game has a whole lot of serious bugs and every update they released reintroduced or introduced new bugs. They need SERIOUS quality control.
Kinda crazy how good and fun gameplay can hide (or let people ignore) so many bugs. Any other game that launches with so much bugs and issues would get reviewbombed to hell. There have been lots of games with less issues which got harder criticized than this.
I will take all these being delayed if it means patrols will stop spawning directly on top of me, executing me with 0 way out. That to me is the one that needs to be fixed asap.
I too hate omniscient patrols. Takes the strategy and tactics out of the game because their is no logic in the mechanics.
I literally saw 2 patrols spawn in front of me and start walking towards me lol...it's so bad it's almost funny.
3 bile titans spawn beside me while I was doing the extraction last night. No bug breach, no sound cue, no showing on map. Just the game decides to screw u over.
I have a few bugs I hate that aren't listed: \-chargers being able to turn on a dime so you cant flank them \-Chargers charging into you but not knocking you over and you clip inside them and end up trapped \-The same as above but this time you at least got knocked over \-The screen shake/freeze randomly happening when sometimes taking damage (more that its not clear what type of damage is causing this) \-loosing your primary weapon and being unable to use it the rest of the mission \-being nowhere near a plant that would apply environmental effects but it explodes anyways and somehow slows you \-bigger enemies not despawning when they die/blocking paths and you cant climb over them or shoot their bodies to disintegrate them \-big enemies being under the pelican getting clipped into it thus blocking the extract door (tanks are the biggest offender on bot missions) \- (this one mightve been fixed because I havent encountered it in a while): taking a miniscule amount of damage that turns your bar red, but you can't stim to heal it until you take more damage. \-the mech shooting a rocket into itself \-the mech landing on top of a rock that you can't scale despite not throwing it near there... \-finding a collectible and being frozen (I know they are aware but its not in your list OP) \- the sprinting randomly slowing down despite not being out of stamina \- Bot specific: landing on a fabricator with your hellpod killing you randomly (it doesnt happen always but it happens sometimes) \- bouncing strategm beacons (90% of the time they dont bounce but why is it that they randomly bounce sometimes?) \- diving from a high distance and sometimes clipping under the map and being under the entire world \-and I know you added being flung into space by plants, but sometimes the bugs or bots do it to.
add to this list the charger skate. They naturally lose all momentum after a charge, but then they suddenly lurch towards you like they have rocket boosters attached. There's surely now way that's intended.

Reinforce on cooldown, last alive, hit by a charger when at full health and get stuck under him, watch him stand on top of me until my health slowly depletes to zero and fail to extract. Also getting stuck inside dead Bile Titans after successfully dropping your reinforce pod on them.

I think this is why some of the players reacted so harshly about some of the balance changes. There are so many significant broken things, but the devs are wasting time making small changes to guns and spawn rates. I realize that it's more complicated than that, but sometimes perception is reality.
And that was a 100% fair reaction, especially when paired with "git gud". If they have time for nerfs and balance, they have time for bug fixes. I've never seen bugs stay on patch notes "known issues" for 2 and 3 patches.

100% this. Why take away some fun of the game before fixing the actual problems? And then to have the gall to jump on social media and reply to the negative comments with āget gudā or ārely on your stratagemsā. That was just ridiculous and not a good look for the company.
Dont forget bots shooting at you through solid objects (large rocks, walls) if their gun clips through them, as well as being able to walk through their dead large robots (hulks, tanks, dropships) while still being able to shoot from the inside, effectively shielding them from your gunfire and stratagems. As well as dropping like 1cm down after diving, which is apparently enough to put your diver through a nap while hes getting attacked. Not to mention enemies spawning in out of thin air very close or inside of you, either mid-combat and causing every fight to last nearly forever, or causing you to die because youre supposed to predict houdini hunters or something. Oh, dont forget bugs not being able to catch on fire from stepping into a pool of actively burning napalm, but god forbid you ragdoll and scrape a morsel of fire off the ground, or else you'll just die. I really like this game, but bugs like these just make the game feel inconsistent, like youre doing everything right by the game's rules only to be punished for it because why not.

not being able to call down a hellbomb despite standing on top of the objective telling me I need to hellbomb it so unless someone brought a 500kg we are shit out of luck even when I can call down a hellbomb it deciding that 99% of the planet is made of stratagem repellent paint and flying off hundreds of meters from where I call it making it completely worthless and again needing to hope we have a 500kg
I'm continually annoyed by enemies' reliance on one-shotting you. Especially Nurses/Spewers who are fast, tanky, and move silently/can "stack" inside each other (you think you are fighting one of them but behold there id a 2nd one inside of the first). Stop it, Arrowhead; seriously cut it out. Arrowhead must now decide whether this is an action combat game or a stealth combat game, and yes, I have played Helldivers 1, which was not like this. It was a very different game from Helldivers 2. Stop with the lame constant one-shots.
I'm not inherently against one shot attacks, but there should be two fixes: - add some iframes to dodging. - the tracking on one shot kills is absurd. A bile spewer's spit should not follow my diving Helldiver through the goddamn air. If our defensive options were more reliable, a few one shot attacks are okay imo. But right now evasion is so unreliable it feels like RNG. Also give us a combat roll! Tired of my only defensive dodge option being to lay on the ground and whack off while Hunters eat my ass. Since there are limited bindings on a controller, I suggest letting us choose between dive and roll in the character customization menu. Balance it by dive covering more distance (thus requiring less precise timing to dodge attacks like a charge), but roll allowing a faster recovery. Both should break enemy tracking as mentioned below (otherwise dodging a charge would be nigh impossible with a roll covering less distance).
imo i frames don't really fit this game, but the dodge should absolutely break the enemies tracking, which accomplishes the same thing. it makes no sense that the bile spewer's head is essentially glued to my character, allowing it to instantly and perfectly track every movement I make.
At least the spitters need to be fairly close to you. What about the rocket devastators one tapping you with rockets from 100+ meters away and behind a fog? Even heavy armor doesn't prevent the one-tap, its absurd.
I'm glad to see everyone taking a stand. We want this game to thrive, we love it but the bugs are relentless, and I'm not talking about the ones we get to shoot.
As everyone should. You will get people who get upset if they see anything critiquing their game that is suddenly their entire being (they were going through here downvoting anyone for saying they had issues with the game earlier), but what can you do about them? I love the game, just want to see some things fixed. And I think plenty of people feel the same.

Crashes are the main issue for me right now, it didn't crash as much before. Now between disconnections, crashes with possibility to report and crashes with no notification at the end like the game just alt+f4 itself, I never know if I'm gonna finish a mission or not. And why there's no option to reconnect to your last session if you were playing with randoms? The game clearly remembers your last session since when you're playing with friends and you reconnect through the friend list, you can't change the loadout and your cooldowns don't reset.
Big one for me is Arc Thrower targeting. I have an enemy in front of me with a clear line of sight but apparently this two inch rock in front of me actually blocks it from going off. It's *really* annoying.

I spent a good 3 or so minutes just floating like a sad, discarded toy until my wife made her way back across the map to shoot me. Words I never thought I would have to utter in my marriage, but here we are.
You forgot some stuff: -Loadouts,emotes,voicepacks,body type get reset every time you close the game on PS5 -Mechs fighting your look input if you try to use it right after it drops [proof](https://www.reddit.com/r/Helldivers/s/3wIyVI8MiQ) -Gettinng stuck in first person mode when using the RR -Stuck in T-pose after interacting with objects while holding something.
I am on PC, so I don't have the list of the PS5 bugs or I would have definitely included them as well. Sorry. :)
I've been getting hit through my shield pack by jumping hunters as well. Very confusing.

Yeah I remember way back in the day when rainbow six siege took a season off to just do fixes instead of adding new characters and I think it helped the game a lot. Even though I will say it felt bad at the time since I had paid for a season pass and I wasn't getting as many characters as normal.
Yeah, I agree, which is why right now is a good time to do it. They just popped a content patch, most people still haven't hit max level or unlocked everything, etc.. I think they honestly have a week or two to focus and most wouldn't notice any lack of content.
Also: -The "scramble" sound effect due to an ion storm when you open your stratagem list, and it stays for the rest of the mission, makes me quit every time it's annoying. -The random instant return to your ship without even a loading screen, that's a weird one. -Ice flowers sometimes being able to one shot an exo-suit, is it intended ? -The patrols poping in line of sight / right on our positions, being in a crowd all the sudden. -My friendlist somehow gets shorter everyday, what's up with that ?
My main issue is it's impossible for me and my friends to join each other's games half the time. Even though we are all friends on steam and in-game, and our lobbies are set to friends only, we just get told the lobby is "private" and can't join each other.
Id like to see the water slow other enemies as much as they slow us down

If you have missing health and try to call in a reinforcement youāll inject yourself with a stim instead (I guess because they both start with a ā¬ļø input on the d-pad).
For whatever reason your last input on stratagems will always double count as a regular input. So if you have the supply pack and use a stratagem that ends on ā¬ļø you're forced to consume 1 of your supplies.
When I switch to grenades and get locked in the animation and can switch weapons, use stratagems or anything until I die. Ballistic Shield needs a buff and bug fixes of putting you in a T-Pose. Randomly being stunned, and no it's not from tremors, a bush or anything.
Dude we need it to stop crashing. Biggest problem right now is I canāt play three missions with a crash in the middle of one. With no ability to rejoin. Fucking sucks.
Every single time I boot the game up my loadout has been reverted to the default items. Itās so annoying dropping into a mission & realising Iāve forgotten to swap everything out.
Frequent crashes to desktop. Mechs constantly shooting themselves with their rockets. Dying from gently touching a bile titan leg.
It pains me to say that I have encountered each and every one of these issues way more than once. Good post, hope it gets attention.
One issue I still have with matchmaking is that at first my lobby fills up just fine, but if someone leaves they never get replaced, and the only way to "fix" this is by restarting my game. Especially annoying now that there's also a bug which resets my loadout every time I restart the game.
Please fix the issue with getting thrown back on the ship mid mission!!!!

Social tab being useless in multiplayer coop game, this needs a fix asap, along with constant crashes (I'm on ps5, but I'm sure PC players are getting these, too). There's no risk-free option that could save your 40-minute mission. Enemies ghosting through their dead kin while I have to climb over the dead bug blocking my way. The worst is fighting bile spewer without knowing there's another pack of 2 spewers going through his big butt, and yeah, you get 1 shot anyway. Let us swim! And fix the goddam loadout reset every time I return to my ship, shit's getting annoying already.

I was VERY frustrated with this until I discovered that they don't launch you anywhere unless you shoot while in the cloud. This can become a mechanic, as it launches you in the opposite direction of where you shot, so you can either get out of a horde/bad situation, or traverse the map faster. And I think you can shoot the cloud while enemies are in them to launch (and often kill them) them into oblivion. I wish there was an armor specifically designed to withstand impact dmg so that we could use this type of terrain super quickly and without harm.
I wasn't aware it had anything to do with shooting since I have been booped into them by a stalker and then bam, Team Rocket is blasting off again. They really do need impact armor and flame resist armor, though.
It's possible that it can happen if you get tossed and ragdolled into it yeah... Everything in this game is only doubt, teleghraping is pretty bad. Especially chargers: you just have to touch an INCH of a charger to get either ragdolled or at the least take damage
I swear you used to press right on the D pad to get grenades out and then press it again to put them away and go back to the weapon you were using. It doesnāt do that any more. You have to press triangle and then triangle again to get back to your support weapon. I am going crazy or has this changed?

Played nonstop till level 26, and then I started getting hit hard with bug after bug, disconnect after disconnect yesterday so I'm going to be taking a break until things get fixed. This game is amazing fun, just really needs some love in the bugfix department. My favorite is not getting any other Helldivers joining my match and constantly having to restart the game. I can mostly tolerate the rest of the jank if I actually have team mates. . .
The cross play and friend request system needs to be desperately fixed
Right now the main things that are triggering me: \-Getting stuck on bullshit rocks / character vaulting up something that doesn't look like will put me in vault animation. \-Spamming stim like you mentioned but also the controls in general seem super hit and miss. Sometimes i can jump prone, hit run and get up instantly.. other times im spamming sprint / alt and my guy just lays on the floor while getting fucked. \-Magically spawning enemies. They need to do something about this.. i know the game is meant to be hectic, but its pretty infuriating when we play almost flawlessly for 36 minutes only for you to spawn 14 Spitters, 2 bile titans and 3 chargers along with 40 jumpy fucks "survive 2 minutes before shuttle".. if we bait that much stuff back to the extraction fair, if we let that many breaches get off fair... just spawning an absoloutely stupid amount of shit where i cant even stop to reload let alone shoot its dumb.
Stuck on environment or inside a dead bile titan. Also wish the parkour was more consistent

PLEASE update all mechs OS. Half of them can't do meele attack. p.s. if you stuk in pelican door, dive. p.p.s there is a camera bug whre the view is like from the body cam, switch to grenades to fix it.

Amen. I'm having a blast playing the game, but the crashes, constant load out changes, and just sheer amount of glitches is really annoying.
I crashed 3 times tonight which has not happened before, they desperately need to fix some of the game bugs

The most consistent bug I've been encountering is that sometimes my arms will just get stuck in a pose like I'm carrying a big box or a boulder. *Sometimes* I can still shoot while in this pose but most times all I can do is move. Granted, I'm able to work around the bug by spam swapping between my weapons but it's definitely gotten me killed more time than I can take without getting frustrated. It usually happens after picking something up, whether that be weapon, sample, or SSD drive. Roughly 80% of the time it's with the SSD.
Yesterday we were doing an ore vein mission. The hub was getting overran so I threw a seaf nuke on it and backed up to clear the bugs. After we cleared them there was an indent in the ground and my character was not tall enough to interact with the hub. We had to call in a resupply so I could jump on it then stand on my friends head who was crouched down to interact and finish the vein extraction.
More issues than that too, armour is still useless, I want the stun removed from hunters. If there's that many, then remove the damn stun. Health on enemies is inconsistent, sometimes you can kill one surprisingly easy and then it can take 2 mags to put another down, reduce the speed of spewers as those things are quick and silent, and anything with the bots. Tired of being sniped across the map by devastators, rocket raiders. Keep dishing out new content when they should be focusing on problems that ha e been there since launch day and are still there.
I know itās not a bug but we need a dedicated button to throwing grenades like every modern shooter. I hate throwing a grenade and then swapping back to my weapon to shoot. Only for it to not have swapped and now Iām throwing more.

Just sprinting sometimes seems buggy. Like why do I slow down for no reason whatsoever, or am I missing that there's an incredibly slight bump in the terrain I am traversing?
I just wanna Nth the 'canceled Stims' and 'canceled Reloads' as being the thing I loathe most of all.
The only thing worse than getting teamkilled while stuck in the pelican is getting killed by a bile het spewing through the side while the last person tries to make it in. If youāre in the pelican you should be invincible, or at the very least your samples should still extract since theyāre on the pelican with your corpse.
Mechs are super weak compared to the first game. Heavy armor needs work too. And since it was on sale I have first hand access to stuff the brain rots tell me 'it's the same as it was in the first game'
At least show us where the pods canāt land, some black and yellow lines overlayed or something. Also, how about they make it so we canāt land in pits and die immediately?

I see these types of threads a lot, but it's just not really how development works. Arrowhead is relatively small, but still has dedicated teams for each thing. The networking team can't drop what their doing to solve crashes, artists and weapons designers cant help fix networking issues, etc... For one, it's out of people's area of expertise, and for another, onboarding someone to a team takes time away from the people working to actually fix the issues. The same applies for new hires, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and onboarding/training means people need to change priorities to do the training. I understand the sentiment, and they do have the ability to shuffle some resources around, but it's not simply a matter of dropping everything in the pipeline to fully address bug fixes.

I feel like the #1 bug is the patrol spawn issue where they pop in literally on top of you. Seems to be map related as some matches it doesn't happen, then with others it will happen 3 times in a row.
An updated anti cheat as well, cheaters are all over the place now, ruining experiences for everyone...
Turning to the right and firing a rocket in your mech makes it immediately explode
I just want a goddamn refund on my hellpod upgrade becasuse somehow Arrowhead keeps making it worse and worse and worse. What a waste of samples. Also WHY AM I GETTING 2-3 HIT BY BUGS IN MEDIUM ARMOR. That fucking blows my mind that a hunter can hit me for 50+ % of my hp in a single attack, or do a single combo and kill me because they jumped and swiped and now i'm fucking dead.
about 60% of my mech deaths are rockets exploding inside of me. yes, I should avoid rotating and shooting but it shouldn't be a problem in the first place, and it is not the only time that the rockets will kill you. they have exploded while I am just walking forwards or straight up just standing still. very annoying bug. also titan corpses are buggy as fuck. I'm not talking about them killing me when they fall. I'm talking about trying to climb over the still corpse of a titan, which results in me losing half my health and getting sent flying a random direction into the air. just disable collision or make them disappear if they are that buggy.
Interrupted animations on reload and stims as well as things just spawning on top of you are my biggest gripes with the game right now. If anything spawns it should be from a bug hole, factory or drop ship. Not just popped into existence out of nowhere because apparently they transcend space and time.
There is also an animation bug when you are holding a SSSD. If I remember correctly if u do any pickups with weapons on the field it breaks the animation and your character will get stuck into a weird T pose until you pickup the SSSD again. It can be permanent if you don't get to pick up the SSSD again.
Don't forget armor still doesn't work right. I don't care if this is what they intended, it's stupid and needs to change.

My biggest complaint for fixed. Reloading, stims, and standing up. I get tired of spamming r and v and HOPING they work. I get tired of getting ragdolled and forced prone for 30 seconds straight. I'm tired of chargers and their ice skating agility. Many many times I've seen then literally slide sideways to still hit or, and they shouldn't be able to charge AND make 90 degree turns. Finally, I'm tired of chargers going into bleed mode and all of the sudden they basically have infinite health. And the final one....getting titans and some other bugs aggrod and you literally can't out pace them unless they get snagged on terrain. Nothing like a titan on you and you can't even call anything in because if you stop, you die.
Wow. I was just thinking of posting somethibg like this. Aside numerous minor bugs, my game crashed twice within one hour. And one of those games I had super samples with me. Thatt was friday and I'm still upset about it. Haven't played the game since.
Your orbital rail gun comment made me realize Iām not the only one. I thought I was making a mistake. Tonight I threw an orbital rail gun at two chargers. The gun aimed the red laser of death and boom. Took out a little ankle biter.
Friends can't join unless I set game to public (friends only broken)
Also the sheer amount of hunters. They lessened chargers and bile titans just for all those spots to become hunters

The problem I want fixes the most is the fucking patrolling groups of enemies spawning next to me as I'm fighting I only to summon a bile titan and 2 chargers and alert another patrol that just spawned 2 seconds later is not very fun

I'm personally tired of my load out being reset every time I load back into the game, and then having the tutorial messages pop up in every match because the game thinks I'm a new player. The first time it happened, I dropped into a friend's helldive game with a liberator and the basic bitch pistol. That was not fun.
The disconnects are killing me. Playing with a couple of PS5 players and I get DC'ed and need to rejoin multiple times a game. I can't finish any of the long missions without having a friend as the host that I can rejoin
