Most of us hating are just burnt out. It’s easy to get frustrated when every update brings some kind of upsetting news that ends up being stacked on more upsetting news in the next update.
I'm not gonna hate on someone else's opinion. Everyone is entitled to their own.
I just simply can't agree. Even Pilestedt himself doesn't if you can trust his Twi... i mean X of course.
Edit:
And NO. Me not agreeing doesn't mean i downvote something. That'd be a dickmove.
Re: which warbond to unlock first, I'd wait until the next patch because it is expected to shake up the balance quite a bit. Currently, Polar Patriots is mostly poop. Democratic Detonation has the Grenade Pistol which is amazing for destroying bug nests and fabricators and the Eruptor which is a good weapon but not amazing. Cutting Edge has stun grenades which are very useful as well as the Sickle, a very good laser assault rifle, and the Plasma Punisher which can AoE stunlock groups of bots, which can be a lifesaver, but it's also easy to hit yourself with it if your target is too close. Steeled Veterans has the Dominator and the Incendiary Breaker, two of the best weapons in the game.
I also recently started playing and the first warbond I unlocked was Cutting Edge. The Sickle is an awesome weapon but I don't use the stun grenades that much. In hindsight I would have probably felt better if I went for Veterans first.

If only you knew all the stuff you missed out on. If you saw how the game changed over 3 months you might understand why people have become so jaded.
At lv.104 I still enjoy the game but the little things add up to the point I'm done after an operation.
Railgun nerf (it was required at the time with all the heavy spamming going on at launch)
Breaker nerf (3 rounds is not much but it's very easy to run out of rounds now)
Slugger nerf (this one was bullshit)
Mech getting "fixed" (butchered with nerfed missiles and not being able to aim down with missiles)
Eruptor nerf
Crossbow nerf
Broken patrol spawns at the moment (unintended but not fun if you don't have a full party)
If you just started playing everything would be new for you
If you unlocked these things and saw how they were changed it would rub you the wrong way because of how much these things were changed. For instance the eruptor lost its identity. As a new player you don't have a point of reference.
Not that there's anything wrong with playing the game but you don't know how much it has changed since launch
This is reddit its a place we're people will complain Still love reading it thou lol

There are quite a few guns that only feel slightly different, where I'm merely picking either for basic feel. So I can see that.
