Chicago- Kim K and Ye's daughter. America is also a name.

Mobile-Ad3151

I’m sure Palestine will be along shortly.

Pitiful-Enthusiasm-5

Sandusky, OH

pissymissmissy

Intercourse, PA

AnyMasterpiece666

awww, we used to always travel through intercourse on the way to Hersheypark Park🤗

Single_Wasabi_3683

An old friend of mine named her kids: London (girl) Dallas (girl) Cairo (boy) & Germany (girl) Wild.

beverlymelz

Germany would be an illegal name in Germany. Let that sink in. Tragedeighs imo bcs it’s child abuse to name your kid sth stupid who will have to live with it. I wouldn’t take anyone called that serious at all.

katenotwinslet

Kourtney kardashian and Scott disicks daughter is Penelope Scotland

Hour-Needleworker598

I have a Charlotte and she is NOT named after the city 🤣 I also have an Elle.

George_GeorgeGlass

Scotland is already a thing

Dragonfly_pin

Noooo, why not just name your kid Alba? (Scotland in Scottish Gaelic. Would work for Hilaria as well, as it also means dawn in a Spanish. Such a wonderful name. But Scotland? Yuck).

ArielMankowski

Scotia is, too

katenkina

iirc I read before that Paris Hilton's name came about because that's where she was conceived 🙄

Sleuthiestofsleuths

So, Paris Hilton was conceived at the Paris Hilton? How meta of her

Maleficent_Pin_9684

No, the Paris casino in Vegas

Ok_Dream9695

I hate to tell you this, but Scotland (or its evil twin Scottlynn) is already trendy.

xixxious

Why not SScottllynn?

moog719

Well Shannon, Kerry, Britany, Florence, and Chelsea have all been popular for a long time and they also just started as place names

Ambitious-Leopard-67

Also Erin and Skye.

AnyMasterpiece666

Erin and shannon are lovely Irish names name. Skye is very stripper ish, it’s what I call a ‘teen mom’ name or a white trash name which is more commonly known as. There is no comparison.

ninoninocapuccino

Georgia, Virginia, Carolina, Montana, Dallas, Dakota… those are normal names you find in older generations. Diego is a normal name in Hispanic countries.

FashionBusking

I am working on being a celebrity. My future baby names will be: Cahuenga, Topanga, Sepulveda, Montana, Brett, and The 10. Brett will be named after an ex-boyfriend, like Eeeeeelaria did with Eduardo. The 10 is the child in whole I will invest heavily in their schooling and really push them to achieve. So that when they win, people will say, "I LOVE the 10!" /s

dmode112378

Please name a future bambino Rancho Cucamonga. ![gif](giphy|KUxGUrrmTcMqZYpDaU)

FashionBusking

Baby Rancho Cucamonga and her sister Calabasas will be BEAUTIFUL babies, but slightly snobby.

invertedliver

😂😂😂

BalearicBullshit

I called my puppy Paisley because I thought it was cute. And then we moved to Scotland, very near the town of Paisley and I felt like an idiot calling that dog lol.

No_Anywhere8931

We were staying at a Phoenix resort 10 yrs ago during MLB spring training. Some of the wives of players their nannies kids etc were staying there as well. The wives would go shopping leave all their young kiddies with nannies at the pool. One day must've been nanny's day off because this super irritating Mom repeated loudly all afternoon to her 2 young sons; Dallas!!! Austin!!!!🙄 I can still hear her shrieking 10 yrs later.

TenMoon

I guess Laredo was back in the room napping? *snicker*

Interesting_Buy_1664

Mexico would be boss lol

Lula_Lane_176

We have several names in our family based on geography and for us, it's because the location has a certain memory or meaning specific to us. One of mine is named after the city my husband proposed in. My niece is named after the country her parents were married in.

Effective-Manager-29

Isnt the name Brooklyn that started this trend? I could be wrong, of course.

kikijane711

Dakota and Paris were pretty mainstream b4 that. Celeb nepo babies - like Bronx etc.

goosejail

My first name is the same name as a state. No, I've never been there, and neither have my parents, but I get asked if I'm from there all the time. Like, no, it's an old southern name, and I'm named after 2 aunts, 1 on each side.

volvo2524

I have a Georgia, but her dad is Greek

Maleficent_Pin_9684

Idaho!

TenMoon

Florida? It's not common, but not completely unheard of. I met a Florida once.

goosejail

Nope. I've definitely been to Florida.

No_Anywhere8931

Carolina😊

goosejail

Nope, sorry. I've been to both of the Carolinas, too.

RitaRaccoon

Louisiana? Alabama? Virginia?

goosejail

LOL, I live in Louisiana. I lived in Alabama for almost 2 yrs and decided never to go back there.

kikijane711

Georgia or Virginia?

goosejail

It's one of those, yes. LOL

kikijane711

Georgia I would guess then!

goosejail

I've actually visited Atlanta quite a bit, it's beautiful.

Dragonfly_pin

Hi Virginia! Good name. Not just a state and after an English queen but also after the first white settler kid born in America. Disappeared somewhere after she was 9 days old, possibly raised as or among the native people. A very historic name.

goosejail

Thanks! I knew it referred to the queen but I never heard about the child. That's super interesting!

Dragonfly_pin

Yes, this: [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virginia\_Dare](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virginia_Dare) There‘s a lot of speculation about what happened to her and her people.

AmazingGrace_00

Dakota Johnson.

smallpepino

I'm one of the 3 name people. My 1st middle name is a beautiful city in Ireland. The home of my real life ancestors. Not ones I made up bc I have green eyes. I'm sorry Spanish olive eyes. I mean Irish olive nvm

SwissCheese4Collagen

Kourtney Kardashian's daughter Penelope has Scotland as a middle name, but it was in reference to her father's name being Scott, not because they had any connection to the country.

One-Pause3171

Scotland for Scott Disick? Those people are just so weird.

Ornery_Translator285

Just go full Scottsdottir

SwissCheese4Collagen

It's better than Scottlyn or Scottina if she was going to come up with an honor name for a girl out of Scott.

DonkeyKong694NE1

OMG Scott Disick? That guy has the deadest eyes

SwissCheese4Collagen

Yeah. He wasn't exactly a green flag parade but it had to be hard on him losing both parents within a couple months as an only child. That would send anyone into a tailspin, especially someone who has easy access to any drug he wants.

QueenFartknocker

I actually feel like Tonga would be an epic name.

AffectionatePoet4586

I’ve met at least one kid named Samoa. Whose parents were Samoan. Irony is dead.

Recent-Owl-9135

There was a cop in my town named Samoa Samoa. And he’s Samoan. Same town, several Mexican girls named America.
