That’s totally belongs in r/mildlyinfuriating due to the fact that this idiot couldn’t be bothered to actually get the product in a frame after he hyped it up so much. It’s not like he only had one car in that junkyard to demonstrate on.

It's called a Resqme. Pretty sure the window punch is spring loaded and you push it against the window to pop the glass breaker. I bought a bunch if these for stocking stuffers last year off Amazon. It has a seat belt cutter too.
This is literally an infamous tool in my city (San Francisco) and the whole Bay Area 🤣🤦🏽♂️ referred to as “bipping cars”. Ur trippin thinking nobody has done this
It really was. I was watching without sound and couldn’t imagine what he could possibly be saying while waving his hand around a ton. Just do the thing and show us already
I remember seeing on the news they tested out the top 5 window breaker products meant to work underwater in case of driving into a lake or whatever. None of them worked.
Pretty hard to get a true rating since most people cant test it and the 0.1 percent who did test it probably didn't make it out to leave a review.
Note - don’t expect them to work on modern driver’s and passenger’s windows. They’re laminated and won’t shatter like this for “safety” reasons. You would need to climb into the backseat to break a window in this way.
There have been tests done and it takes a lot of strength and time to use the head rest. There was a video on YouTube where they tested all the different methods and this thing as well.

Do not go out in junkyard and break windows. They sell those and I learned the hard way. Police called and $700 worth of damages.

Lol this is called a Bipper. I live by SF and this is why car break ins are so easy and quick and it's become a problem of epidemic proportions here.

Most new model vehicles have laminated side windows now. So this tool becomes useless.
