I have all of my devices updated to the latest beta/appleseed versions and I can’t get my HomePods to play audio for my Apple TV.
Oddly enough, I can get my TV to airplay audio from my HomePod
I can't even get my AppleTV to sync with just my HomePods when I'm watching videos sometimes. It's incredibly frustrating as there doesn't seem to be an option to fix it.
i noticed the same thing, wireless sync no longer works with homepod now that the tv is on ios14.
They just can’t seem to get this stuff right. Incredibly frustrating that there are still so many issues years after HomePod was introduced.
Totally. I just moved and was going to get a second HomePod for my bedroom but now I think I'm ditching that idea.
