I remember the story just being Aegon showing up to each kingdom and wrecking them.
Would be cool if Aegon is more of a villain and we see his conquest from the POV of each house.
The one sided thing shouldn't bother anyone, the show would be a chance to show the true events of the time instead of the source material.
They'd be better to do a like mini series of like 6 long episodes though and just leave it there.
The Dunk and Egg show may be terrible or get canceled after one season so the idea that Aegons Conquest can’t fail as a show because some other show is still in production is questionable at best
First of all, we don’t know how that show will turn out. Second of all, that story is written as a story, not just short descriptions of a few battles.
Vhagar was said to be the same size as Balerion was DURING the Conquest. So Balerion would be the size of Vhagar. He becomes big asf after the Conquest
I did some research and I believe he is still a little bigger but yea you are correct on that front. He is the baddest dragon of all time no doubt tho and I want to see him burn Harrenhall down so bad.

I love that everyone on Twitter is assuming this tweet is about something different. Fingers crossed it's the Conquest series. I need that shit injected straight into my veins.
I think the first thing that people are really interested in at the moment is casting. That’s then hot topic, and who they get to get to play Aegon and his sisters will be the topic of a lot of speculation.

If anything, Aegon's Conquest should be done from the POV of the smallfolk or from the rulers of the 7 kingdoms.
Or make up a main character or multiple and just see the Conquest from their POV's
*Incest gold medallist shows up to swordfight with a nuclear bomber, wins every battle.*
Yeah I'm sure that'll make great TV.
In all seriousness, the conquest could be a movie or limited series but it'd never be like GoT or HOTD, unless they expand to include stories like Maegor.

I still don’t see how much of a story they can make of it. It’s a very short and one-sides story in the source material.

but but... he's sad and crying with his wives

Wrong, people said the same thing about Dunk and Egg

Doesn't he mean Batman II...? He didn't even have time to write the full script.

Yeah the batman stans have been starving about news ever since James Gunn took over lol. I can't wait for BALERION 😩
Finally seeing Balerion on screen is going to be the biggest "hell yeah, brother" moment in TV history
Balerion time

I’ll believe it when I see it
hopefully they can put it during the offyear of this show

The better not fuck this up.
There’s always going to be something to complain about
This show would undoubtedly be the easiest one to tell.
I hope they don't. It would be incredibly boring due to the entire conflict being completely one sided. There would be no stakes whatsoever.
Ugh, what a boring waste of time
