A park home? In Birmingham? What madness is this?
Where are you going to put it? Smethwick's Black Patch Park \[alleged birthplace of Charlie Chaplin, BTW\]? Billesley Common? Cannon Hill Park?
*There’s no need to be rude.*
Yeah, well, I'm tired, grumpy and I call 'em as I see 'em.
And a simple Google search would have revealed that park homes in Birmingham and its environs are limited to two. One of which is over 55's only.

You need land. Then planning permission. It’s going to cost a lot and is unlikely to get PP.
Thank you for your insight.
The main value of most properties in the UK is the land. Land is expensive if you want to live on it.
A cyber caravan?

There’s no need to be rude. I’m asking questions as I know nothing about the industry.
