Go to Ferndale for the parade at noon and the finish of the Kinetic Grand Championship afterwards.

Not much. The rivers aren’t safe to swim in atm, so I’d just suggest playing in a park somewhere.
The Van Duzen has some safe spots for kiddos that are slow/shallow, watch out for poison oak!
