I accidentally hit one of these once in an Isuzu Imark at freeway speed and the force of the bumper hitting it made the top slap down onto the hood and it left a rectangular dent
I wonder how this operator of an ICE vehicle will recall this memory on his death bed, at a time where the world is suffering and everyone is using shared micro mobility in a last ditch effort to mitigate the climate catastrophe.

I saw a car cross a line of those once and they pounded the front license plate off. I had to dodge it.
