Faster, definitely, and based on the distance, alot sooner to get into melee. Of course, the reaver’s void shields means Bruticus’ll be burning himself something nasty to strike it. I doubt those rotor blades’ll last more then a hit.
Burn himself? What? Void Shields don't do that to just random metal, other Titans and things walk up into void Shields all the time no problem. Unless he's moving fast enough for the void Shields to consider him a projectile, he'll be fine.
I was factoring in the speed he has, presuming the blades are also spinning, it probably would register it as a projectile. Norml titans tend to be clunky and slow, so that’s why it doesn’t trigger. You don’t see titans sprinting often after all.
This is true, but they do sprint. And worse still, if the shield does consider him a projectile and tries to stop him, it's going to overload extremely fast.
Although since Void Shields shunt like half of everything that triggers them into the Warp, Bruticus might lose a LOT of his mass *permanently* before the Void Shields to down....
Depends on how cast he moves...Titans and Knights aren't slow, Titans mostly look slow because they are fuck-off huge and this their limbs take longer to move,l but they can&will cover a LOT of distance with just one step...and Knights can full-on sprint at absurd speeds.
I'm not sure how fast the Bigboi Transformer can move, but some Transfrormers(mainly the Flying ones) can definitely move fast enough to trigger Void Shields.
All of the personalities in the Combiners usually clash so they tend to be a bit slower on the uptake than their smaller cousins. Predaking OTOH, yeah- that Reaver is wrecked.
I'm sorry, I thought plasma guns and Gatling cannons was normal human tech as well. Don't let the movies fool you, Transformers are notoriously hard to kill
This is from the DAoT period, so probably far stronger, not to mention that Reavers are also difficult to put down.
Unless you have copious amounts of plot armour.

It’s only the Bay film transformers that I know of that are able to taken out by 20’th century American tech
Oh man, far more dexterity and also just really hard to break through armor, Bruticus is about to put the hurt on that Reaver, let’s see what those big guns do when he’s ripping the arms off
As a fan of both Transformers and 40K, this is a tough call... mostly because it depends entirely on which Bruticus is fighting from which continuity. But either way, a Reaver is no easy victory regardless of continuity.

Ehh that’s in the Michael Bay movies, the other portrayals of Transformers don’t have them being so fragile to humans

He’s Bruticus, his entire gimmick (in that design) is plot armor and being the most competent in the game.
