Some girls think it is. I have no pictures of me on social media and because of that have been termed as a psychopath, serial killer, terrorist, kidnapper and what not. I've been laughed at for not using Snapchat. I simply add it to the list of bullets dodged. I don't want anyone this shallow anywhere around me.

I'm yet to meet them, so far I've only been criticised because how can someone not post their pictures online? Well guess what I like to stay out of sight that's how, hahaha that is true Instagram is hot dookie rn, I just use it to consume shayaris mostly.
Tbh all of these doesn't matter..unless the person genuinely loves you and wants to be utterly loyal to you no social media or nothing can be a great threat.
I mean there might be a guy with no social media still deciding to cheat and be disloyal..so it's really abt how he was raised and which type of people he's surrounded with .
I only like Instagram for sending memes and funny reels to friends. Other than that I hate all social media. But I still keep a presence on Insta because of this reason. People find it really odd and treat you differently. So I make an effort and upload some pics sometime. Just for the heck of it.

In 2021, I started using WhatsApp for college purposes, and in 2023, I opened an Instagram account, which now has 55 followers. My matches often judge or block me after we switch from the dating app. It sounds like nonsense to me, but I'll say that I'm fine.
For some it could be a green flag

It's more of like if you have a social.media account you can search it up and down your own understanding of their interests etc
I have had situations where the guy doesn't have social media and he was a cat fish etc
So for me it is always sus situation
