Take one roasted red chilli, green chilli and small onion and put them in the mixer jar. Add a small piece of ginger and add the mango in small pieces. Get all the things crushed, and make sure not to get them over blended. Add some coconut and a bit of salt. Whip the mixture again. And make sure you get the chutney in a semi solid state.🤌.

So this is basically a corn based food. Primarily found in mp area.. general recipe is bhutte(corn) ko finely grate karke then grated amount ko masale dalke fry karte h. And jab uska watery residue solidify hota h that.
2 medium raw mangoes, [2 cups approx]
▢salt to taste
▢2 cups water, to boil raw mangoes

▢1 medium onion, chopped
▢¼ cup mint, chopped
▢2 medium green chilies, chopped [optional]
