Decently made however, IG they only had a shoestring budget. The budget constraints is reflected in the cast and the production quality but, the making seems good enough for a first time director.
I remember watching this movie when I was a kid, and just the moment an alien came my current gone, and when the current came back it was the last press conference scene.. That was the first and last time I saw that movie
He tried too many things: aliens, found-footage, detective, supernatural. But, except aliens none was that impressive.
His other two films stick to a single theme.
I noted the director's name then itself. It was a decent and daring sci-fi flick for the time. Inspired by found footage movies as well. Only felt it would have been better if the alien wasn't shown.

And I didn't like it one bit. I loved the 2nd and 3rd movie the director did. But not this one.
