Table saw, jigsaw, circular saw, sawzall

Torpordoor

Did you try scoring each side along a straight edge and ninja kicking that shit

notproudortired

More or less. The boards don't break very cleanly.

Circular saw! Only leaves 1/4 or less left then snap it!

Sawzall

alphacoaching

Jigsaw, long blade, for the odd stuff. Circ or table saw for long cuts, depending on how square you need.

We use a special dust free blade on a skill saw that basically melts through the board... It's pretty amazing

notproudortired

Does it literally melt through the board? Does the board smoke?

HotWaltz5896

No smoke... no dust...

Cool. [Is this it](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61lSJOMrXCL._AC_SL1500_.jpg)?

I know this is an old post but I wanted to share for anyone checking in the future. This sort of blade is the way to go. Anything with teeth will create a TON of dust (circular saw, sawzall, oscillating multi-tool, jigsaw). A smooth blade cuts with almost no mess. I found the sawzall too hard to control for consistent cuts and the jigsaw was absolutely the way to go. Also you can make one of these blades from a fine toothed one by grinding the teeth off then grinding the leading and bottom edge sharp.

Thanks, and confirmed. I've now tried a variety of blades and saws. Even fine-tooth blades create a lot of dust, but smooth blades work a treat.

I will try to get a pic tomorrow at work... Think skill saw blade with no sharp teeth... Smooth blade.. every couple of inches there is a small gap where there is a round hole.
