It's an interesting trigger, but where are you going to go with the idea? A gag manga where the faire-goers never realize there in an isekai and think it's just a huge prodduction? A drama about settling into a new world? A horror story where people are killed left and right and need to learn to survive? There's not much to your idea to really discuss without some kind of direction to go.

I was thinking the first arc ends with them finally realizing it is all real, and the second arc consisting of them all handling the existential crisis of this revelation

So from there you should figure out what kind of tone you want to set, what do you want your story to say, who's the main perspective (focus on 1 or more, or do ensemble cast), and go from there.

Sad-Island-4818

Seen something similar a couple of times. A straight to Netflix horror comedy about a bunch of larpers who accidentally summon a demon. Portals of infinity by John van stry. Mc first learns about the infinity when he gets drunk at ren fair wanders out of the woods and into a fantasy village. Micheal chrighten timeline. A team of archeologists get sent back to the Middle Ages when the castle they were digging at was still under construction.

Economy-Pie2361

Sort of reversed, but Dies the Fire by Stirling. Rather than be isakaid our world loses all tech and it follows a bunch of larpers and the like as they try to figure it out. Low/weak magic, almost just implied to be a thing.
