Night reaper+at least somewhat viable ranged is enough. Try to cycle him during the darkheart phase, he wont switch it till he make all 3 attacks, and night reaper is great at not letting him attack. Get a nice ranged like ssg moscow Chicago or even daratango(yes I perfect runned him with daratango) and you're good, a good misc can also make this much easier
