If I got it correctly, in the actual state he's not that appealing. He gains more value when running with Pela on Acheron E0 team, but at E2 you'd probably use just one of them. Unfortunately they have very similar outcome, with very specific pros and cons (like Pela's debuff being frontloaded and being SP positive, while JQ applying somewhat better debuffs % while also generating more Archeron stacks in multi enemies/PF). By now, for an Acheron E2S1, it might be better to get only his LC and use it on Pela.
Honestly, the way I see it, an e2 haver can just put pela and jq on the team together anyway. She doesn't need an extra nihility character, technically speaking, but e2 also gives an extra slashed dream on her turn, and there aren't any mechanical downsides to using 2 other nihility characters
Unfortunately Harmonies are more impactful than Nihilities, so using Pela + Sparkle/Bronya will probably be better than Pela + JQ, specially at Acheron E2, which every turn she applies 3 stacks, so a unit that can advance her is very valuable.
Honestly not too sure either, seems like we'll have to wait for V3 to deduce if he's actually that much of a buff from Pela.
But overall general e2 s1 Acheron purposes, it doesn't seem like he's that much worth it. But more stacks at a faster rate is nice so he's probably a comfort pull if anything at this moment.

Not very. The entire point of her E2 is that you get out of the nihility jail.
Just use whatever you have in that one slot, it doesn't matter much. Sparkle does a whole lot more at E2.
Not at all. He’s mainly meant for E0 or E1, since he lets you get a 1 turn ult. At E2 though, you can already do that without him, and his buffs/stack generation aren’t too much better than Pela (very slightly better). He’s only really worth it for E2S1 Acheron if you’re min/maxing or if you’re collecting (also if you just like him obviously).
According to current leaked MOC videos almost the same. Mostly cuz he needs a few turns to use ultimate and get stacks and Pela is just faster to do what she does (first turn ultimate, no stacks).
Should be much better in pure fiction. Not gonna get him only for it tho.

In his current state he's not that good for Acheron E2. You're better off just getting his LC for Pela and using Sparkle or another harmony.
Pela sidegrade for damage, takes longer to reach the max stacks, just faster stack for Acheron ult. wait for v3
