I don't think Sam minds Jim's lifestyle, but their relationship is so fucking odd. Jim found out about the Satisfying podcast w/Nicole the same time all of us did, when the first episode came out. I can understand two radio hosts wanting to live their own lives and bringing fresh material to the show, but I think I'd tell my cohost if I'm starting a new show with someone down the hall before it hits YouTube. It's almost passive aggressive behavior between the two of them.
Sam is the cockroach of SXM and will figure out to stay on with the contract is up. I think Sam, Travis, Troy, & Mike are all SXM employees while Jim is contracted. SXM will probably offer them their current rates and see if they will take it. That’s why Jimmy bitches about his insurance being dropped from SAG/AFTRA. Jimmy & his wife need insurance since he did mention he’s taking PREP. Jimmy has calmed down on shitting on SXM.
