None of those matter. Not at all. Naobito's technique had a fixed effect. Jogo was capable of observing and hitting within the 24 frames. It stands to reason that he could have done that no matter how well coordinated Naobito was. The moment Jogo could perceive at 24 frame/secs, it was over.
Naobito was slower tham his usual self cause hed just fought and lost an arm which threw off his technique. Jogo didnt catch him cause he was straight up better but rather hed messed up without an arm.
Not true. Naobito's technique has a set effect, not a variable one. It's true that he can slowly increase his speed, but that's the thing, emphasis on **slowly**. And he also doesn't have the sort of strength needed to put down Jogo even if he does reach him. And sobce he's basically unarmed...
The manga says the reason he even got caught is cause he was missing an arm and it messed him up. Naobito was doing Damage to Dagon h2h with his fists before he even opened his domain. Its why he even opened it. Jogo isnt durable at all when compared to other special grades. that same dagon was taking hits from Toji with playful cloud. Which was said to have insta killed jogo in todos hands along with season one yujis blackflashes. Dagon is more durable than Jogo based off that alone and Naobito pushed him into domain expanding. Though I doubt Naobito could win the fight. He is definetely damaging Jogo if he gets hits in.
honestly though if naobito fully stacked up his speed nobody is catching up to him. But that's just in terms of raw speed. I'm sure jogo could still react to it, and a domain will fuck naobito over too.
