That’s because frayed ends were exposed and we needed something new, something fresh, that just jumps out to slit your throat. Unfortunately we went with Hanna Barbara instead of Sean S. Cunningham
Great song. I was gonna list it myself, but from what I see on here, a lot of people seem to really like it. I guess I just don't think of it as underrated.
Getaway.
I haven't heard it in over 30 years, but I still remember that intro vividly. I'm looking for a copy of Dressed To Kill now so I can hear it again.
"Hot And Cold" from Sonic Boom. Seriously turn that song up loud and you'll know what I mean, it rocks. The chorus is one of the catchiest in any of their songs. "If it's too hot you're too cold, if it's too loud you're too old" with a bad ass rhythm guitar riff.

Unpopular opinion, but I have to say the whole Hot in the Shade album. Those songs are great for the era they came out in. I still play that album from time to time.

"Got Love For Sale" - Track 3 off Love Gun. It's early in the album for good reason!
So unfortunate that they almost never played it live. Go listen to it - the bass is hoppin' around, the guitars jam, the drums slam, there's excellent harmonizing, rippin' solo... amazing it was such a live show rarity.
