Probably hasn't had anyone assert/enforce any boundaries or rules on them in their life--which is why they grew up to behave like that in the first place.
Sounds like he was already upset that his buddies left him. We see a couple people leave and he's running after them and he makes that noise like "Um!" when he realizes he is all alone, lol.
In fairness he is just a kid. He absolutely needs some discipline in his life and some consequences for his actions but again, I don't think yeeting the kid is the 100% right thing to do. But I don't blame the employee either.
It's nice to see sure, but it was a stupid move by the employee. You toss someone like that and you don't know what they're going to crack their head off of when they land.
Lots of people are in prison because they threw a single punch, or shoved a person, that accidentally resulted in severe injury. If anything like that happened, this dude was fucked.
I swear some people are so vicious, like this is just a kid, who probably needs a good role model and some serious discipline, not being physically assaulted
As a mother, I say if you see any of my children stealing or otherwise being incompatible with society, please yeet. If you fail to yeet, ima yeet em when they get home.
Kid needs to learn, and they LEARNED. If I was working for tips and someone tried to steal them from me I would also be throwing hands, zero hesitation.
Oh man do I have an 'there was an attempt' story about this very thing!
I work in a café. A man came up and ordered fries to go. Put his jacket on the counter and paid 5$ and walked to the other end to wait for his food.
Suddenly there is a loud bang and the sound of glass breaking. He says "what was that?!" My coworker standing next to him says "i dont know, that was you?"
She sees the tip jar on the floor and realises whats happened. He takes off quickly. My boss cleaned up the mess, staff ate his fries and the cops caught up with him and told him to leave town. A couple dining in felt bad for us and donated 20$ to our new tip jar.
Idk I live in about as small as a town gets cops would say damn that's a shame we'll be on the look out then find the local potheads to fine them to pay for there next big purchase
It’s been a thing for a long long time to give homeless people and trouble makers in small towns a one way bus ticket to CA. My city got in trouble just like 5 years ago for doing the same but sending to another city in our state.
Maybe It's something to do with me being non-native speaker but I can't understand what did he do. Have he got scared only because your coworker asked if it was him or how was he involved in breaking the tip jar?
So he put his coat on top of the tip jar (which is kept at the till) and then scooped it up and carried it in his coat over to the other area where you pick up the food. I guess he didnt have a good enough hold on it and dropped it.
When he dropped it he realised hed been caught, the coworker recognized this was the tip jar.
Satisfying but ultimately bad move cause you KNOW that he's getting fired for risking the company getting sued for one of their employees commiting assault on a child
when i was 5 years old, i tried to steal a bubble gum, but when my dad found out he yelled at me so that i wouldn't do it again. i was crying so much i thought i was going to jail. though the store person was extremely nice and let me have the bubble gum for free.
Fuck yeah.
Good form. But, if he would have planted his feet. He could have pulled a lot more distance with his throw.
That shit was smooth, he chucked that kid while taking back the tip jar, didn't spill a dime
Right! He read the room and saw that kid coming a mile away.
And that swag walk back behind the counter
MF'er handed it back and it was all counted too lol.
He will be winning gold at the combating dipshits olympics
And of course the kid just immediately starts wailing like he’s the victim
Probably hasn't had anyone assert/enforce any boundaries or rules on them in their life--which is why they grew up to behave like that in the first place.
Grew up is a stretch lol

Looks like consequences to me.

Nah. Brat caught consequences for once.
Then explain why it wasn't when I dropped a 10 year old for hitting me 🤣
I mean was it fucking floor tiles? The kid could’ve cracked his skull. I hope it’s carpet or something.
As a mother, I say if you see any of my children stealing or otherwise being incompatible with society, please yeet. If you fail to yeet, ima yeet em when they get home.

I’m a father and can confirm. I’ve dropped mine more than once.
By accident right?…… right?
Yeah most of the time.
'Most' of the time?..
Kid needs to learn, and they LEARNED. If I was working for tips and someone tried to steal them from me I would also be throwing hands, zero hesitation.
Nah, throw him in a basement and turn the lights off. He would be a better man in one night.
I cannot begin to describe how much satisfaction I felt when watching this.
Oooohh yeeees!
“Umm, this is mine.” *casually turns the kid into a garrysmod ragdoll*
If reddit never took away our ability to give gold and platinum and shit, you would be getting one of those. This actually made me laugh out loud.
They removed awarding comments?
Something like that yea
ugh, that's total bogus.
The way he gets thrown is hilarious
Why does this have 100 upvotes? It’s not even that funny
Because I agree with your statement
Yeah I guess that makes sense
Imagine getting downvoted replying to your own comment
It’s almost impressive. I got nearly 200 upvotes on the original comment, and then nearly 100 downvotes on my reply to my own comment.
Yea but you were kinda disagreeing with yourself so it sorta makes sense
Yeah. I’m not saying I don’t deserve the downvotes. I just think the contrast is funny
Girl just fucking chucked em.
Shoulda hit him with the suplex
that's a guy with long hair
Yea, that's what he said.
bro's prolly balding
Tell me you’re bald without saying you’re bald.
Level 50 Vs level 5
The kid’s screams were delicious
The dulcet tones of consequences. It warms my dead little heart.
I watched without sound, thanks for the heads up to watch it again full volume!
Gotta teach em young
The way they effortlessly just took the tip jar back and threw him to the ground 😭

Cops told him to leave town?
"Ye better go on and git now!"
Yes, I live in a small town.
Idk I live in about as small as a town gets cops would say damn that's a shame we'll be on the look out then find the local potheads to fine them to pay for there next big purchase
I kinda love that being a city girl from a foreign country. It sounds very wild west. 🤠
Forever banished

🎶California Is super cool to the homeless 🎶

Promotion to assistant manager in 3…2…1
It's 2024. More like fired in 3..2..1
Yeh I cant stop wondering if their life could be ruined for assaulting a minor
You aren’t wrong, but in my store, they at minimum got a bonus off the table.
He's lucky that's all she did.
That throw was personal
Babysitter rage
Yeet lol
The kid got throw like a cigarette pack wrapper in the wind
that was a nice throw considering hes trying to not seriously hurt the kid
Who says they arnt?
Holy damn he threw the kid
I am NOT saying I condone picking up a child and throwing them to the floor, but I understand the worker’s actions 100%
It's always them
Fucking yeet that kid!
Satisfying but ultimately bad move cause you KNOW that he's getting fired for risking the company getting sued for one of their employees commiting assault on a child
One needs to make an edit of this where he explodes into Gibs
Audio isn’t real though.
Not guilty of beating a 14 year old, as proven by a jury of your Reddit peers.
Kid got Zangief'd

well well well...
Cloths line the little shit
What a pick up, god damn
Cried like a baby itch.
Oh hell yeah!!
This worker deserves a raise
Every time this comes across I watch it at least five times.
Don't mess with the tips...
Jesus that kid might be poor and need it and you just threw him against a wall
Now he'll be richer in experience, as in "don't be a fucking thief".
Damn, that little shit got chucked pretty far.
That YEET was so smooth and satisfying to watch
That was the smoothest throw Iver seen in my live
What a take down
As a parent, I support this
Guys will see this and say hell yeah.
Hell yeah.
I want to see the follow up with the pissed off mother...
"You're not getting my untaxed income"
This is America.... That'll probably end up in court as attempted murder or aggravated battery.
Speedrun for getting fired 👑
