Upon rewatching the last episode, Ubuyashiki mentioned that if Muzan dies, every demon would die with him. This should include Nezuko as well, right? Unless he was just speaking nonsense to mislead the audience.

But hasn't it been established in Season 1 that Demons like Nezuko, Tamayo and Yushiro have no connection to Muzan? So the statement of last episode should be taken with a grain of salt for anime watchers.

Technically yes, they are free from the curse. Who knows what that means when the demon king is gone... if he's gone 😏 We know that this means that Lady Tamayo and Yuushiro can freely speak about Muzan without activating the curse, but so far we know nothing about their survival if the demon king dies

OP, I haven't even looked at your post yet to see your predictions. I'm just telling you to take this down. This subreddit fucking sucks, like it's actually the worst. Within a few hours you're probably gonna get manga readers either outright spoiling it, or smugly hinting at stuff thinking they're clever. I think there's an anime-only subreddit for Demon Slayer, r/DemonSlayerAnime. That might be safer.

Some manga readers constantly act like they’ve been blessed by Gods and granted the ability to decipher ancient, sacred text that no one else can read. Seriously some of the most annoying people on the planet. I haven’t even read the manga but I know damn near everything about the upcoming arc and rest of the series thanks to inconsiderate manga readers on YouTube/Twitter.

I ended up getting spoiled by a major twist at the end and then read the whole rest of the manga post Swordsmith Village so I wouldn't be spoiled again. The most fun has been being able to compare and contrast between the manga and anime versions of the Hashira Training Arc. But yes, people are so brazen about spoiling things.

Also LOLZ @ Muzan for managing to get eyes on basically every demon slayer and finding Kagaya but not being able to find Nezuko, the one person he literally needed to look for.

Here’s my prediction. Sadly, I think most of the hashira are dead, especially Mitsuri and Muichiro. I think I recall Ubuyashiki saying they had to develop the mark and that’s why this training seminar started, x, y, z, some other lore I don’t remember, but I remember him saying something along the lines of “because those with the mark will…” as in the Sun marking Tanjiro has. The mark has a history of people reaching lethally high temperatures and dying at a younger age than most. He also said when one shows up with the mark other marks appear on others around them. My prediction is that this sun mark is sort of a mark of death. The way it cuts off after him saying “those with the mark will…” to me, it almost feels like the fill in word is die. Idk if this is actually accurate or not though. This just my prediction.
