If you are able to, what I’ve been doing is getting rags and squeezing them as much as possible and rolling them up and having them in the freezer ready to go whenever you need it, then during rush you have a nice cold pack that will last a little bit
I love a nice frozen rag. Go on Amazon and look up belt fan. I bought one the other year really helps especially if you go into the walk in with it on. Other coworkers have bought one after I showed them they love it to.

They sell cheap cloths at Home Depot and Walmart that stay cold all day if you keep them wet. Highly recommend
