Well, a smart lady, but yeah. Overall I lucked out on the MiL department, both parents are cool, and if she wants insist on Iowa, not going to rock the boat. I have had previous mothers of significant others that made me grind my teeth after 30 minutes of coexistence. This is just older people telling older people stories repeatedly.
Bottom half has an inconsistency to the amount of filling. Some of them are stuffed, some are nearly empty.
I'm giving top half an A and bottom half a B-
i can tell it's 2 people just because they have different ways of filling the tray :P

Ya when I worked a 2 man prep team, everyone that paid attention could tell exactly who prepped what just by the way it was stacked/arranged on trays or in containers. I could pick something he prepped out of a lineup today.
My place does fresh pasta and im the pasta cook. Those look great, but be careful stacking them so close together on the trays, when they're in the coolers they can collect moisture and stick together pretty badly and you might end up tearing them trying to pull them apart. Just a word of caution. Look great though chef!
