My question, which was downvoted without explanation on r/KultUpdates , is that: If the restocked products are those that were returned or cancelled the previous day, why not mention what products will be restocked the next day? It is not like they wait till 3:40am to get the information of all the products that are returned or cancelled, they will have this information at least by evening or early night. If they specify the products that will be restocked at 3:40am every evening/before 10 or 11pm, people can sleep without worrying.

You mean, Customer Support is not in their Job Description? So, they neither want to change their Restock time which is currently at an extremely odd hour, nor do they want to disclose what products will be restocked? Hence, the only option their Customers have is to stay awake from 3:40 to 4:30am just hoping their product 'might' get restocked?
Customer support doesn't mean that they have to publish what items they are gonna restock in reddit.and regarding 'customer support' they do that pretty good in instagram.
Again these are some stuffs which I noted and I'm not a kult employee either.and regarding odd restock hours they are not asking you to stay up at 3.40 and buy the product.its completely the choice of customer .
If they are going to restock at an odd hour, it is an onus of responsibility on their part to either: change the timings OR mention the products that will be restocked beforehand. That is what Customer convenience is all about.
