It looks as if Lastpass has some serious issues with the vaults themselves. I’ve seen them corrupted, unavailable and unable to be edited. I’ve seen items getting saved as a duplicate item in another folder, exports failing or being incomplete, and updated items lose their changes (so the old password is there again). Each of these on and off, without a clear reason why this is happening. E.g. I can imagine they are suffering from DDoS attacks, making access to their services very difficult but that’s just not it.
LastPass is losing market share hand over fist. This stuff should have been solved in a week. It's been more than a year. This has impacted my workflow VERY much. Back to Chrome password management, we go. LastPass Subscription... TERMINATED! LastChance LastpASS
Don't have a "helpful" suggestion, other than to not use LastPass at all. Your secrets are \*not\* safe with them.

This has always happened to me, they will never fix it. I find that by reloading the site every time I want to edit it works.
