Its like you saw keywords and made up your mind. 1st off the criticism is not working hard, it is the cheapening of hard work under capitalism. If you look at the thread you'll find dialogue regarding this topic. 2nd the post was a joke on the "live laugh love" slogan and how this is the cis male version of it. The thing that drives me nuts is that, yes, hard work is good. Like you should work hard at things that youāre passionate about.
