Karthus passive literally makes it nearly impossible to int as him unless you're fighting a champ with stupid high movement speed. You run at them, fight, die, and still get the kill because of your passive. Should be A at least and this guy has it in D tier
Ornn passive gives one of if not the best ability for top lane, as well as stacking percent armor and the ability to give everyone on your team something like 1k gold worth of stats.
My assumption is that only the building in lane was took into consideration. The crazy amounts of free stats not just for ornn but teammates that can benefit while being anywhere on the map (after upgrade) makes it insane.
Akshan: double attack for free, the second one being cancellable for a burst of MS, on top of a three hit passive that deals a decent amount of damage and also gives a shield when it procs. It's valid to point that the only reason akshan doesn't go full SMG is because HIS attack speed ratio is low. Put that into any other champion excluding jhin and rell and all of a sudden they become military grade weapons of auto attack destruction.
Asol’s passive is in F tier
It gives:
• infinitely scaling max HP damage
• infinitely scaling ability range
• infinitely scaling ability size
• infinitely scaling max HP execute

Poppy shieldy is actually pretty fucked if you know what you're doing. Afaik it's one of the only ranged attacks that has melee scaling which is busted for poking, especially with a sheen start/grasp. And the 5 second cooldown late game makes you so tanky if you can actually pick it up, which you can more times than not.
