I would check out Seneca Park. Not 100% positive they allow bikes, but it’s usually wide open from people and the permitter/side trails have a decent amount of elevation and such that could make for fun riding.
Freedom center is the closest. Nothing to write home about but it’s close.
Fountain head is further away but has some very well maintained mountain bike specific trails.
I’ve heard Conway Robinson State Forest has some mountain bike trails but haven’t hit it yet
