Bugle has “more” going on if that makes sense, the inside of the avengers tower is alright. Being able to pose figs all over is it cool but you can do that with the bugle with a little work.
The tower is a fun build and great set, but I’d say get the bugle. More fun minifigures, plus it’s retiring sooner than the Avengers tower. You’ll still have a few years to get the tower whereas the bugle is apparently retiring at the end of this year.
For the cost go Bugle, it's super fun to build! Also get the light kit for it, biggest regret for Bugle and Avengers Towers was not getting them. \
Granted I loved the tower and all the way you can customize it, but the Bugel is not to slept on. I bought the vulture figure for mine too and it fits perfectly.
Also if you're looking to save the Spider-Man dou set (liberty head and sand man) can be combined and it looks pretty fucking sweet for the cost.

I personally think the Tower is a much better set, but if you plan to get both eventually, get the Bugle, because it's about to retire soon

I can see some modifications for the Daily Bugle! Any chance you could make a post with some close ups?
I’m still planning to add/swap a few more minifigures and have the Sanctum to build, but probably after that.
